There are still few reports of secondary metabolites from lichens Usnea sp. as an antidiabetic agent. Based on data from the International Diabetes Federation 15) , the prevalence of global diabetes is expected to increase by 552 million by 2030. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) 16) also reports that diabetes mellitus is the seventhlargest cause of death. One of the essential therapeutic methods for reducing plasma glucose levels is to inhibit α-glucosidase activity 17−19) . Several previous studies have reported the potential of lichen exploration as a good antidiabetic agent. Abstract. This study aims to improve teacher and students activities, creative thinking ability, self efficacy, and student learning outcomes in Colloid system material using creative problem solving model. The subjects were 36 students of grade XI IPA SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin. This classroom action research was conducted in 2 cycles through the stages of planning, action, evaluation and observation, and reflection. The data were collected using observation instruments, creative thinking skills tests, student achievement test, and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the cycle I and cycle 2 showed: (1) there was an increase in teacher and student activities from good to very good, (2) students' creative thinking ability increased from moderate to high, (3) self efficacy of students increased from moderate to high, (4) students' learning outcomes on the attitude aspects improved from good (score 71,53) to be very good (score 86.34), the skill aspects improved from good enough to good, and the percentage of students' mastery increased from 52.78% in the first cycle to 83.33% in te second cycle. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa, kemampuan berpikir kreatif, self efficacy, dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem Koloid menggunakan model pembelajaran creative problem solving. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 orang siswa kelas XI IPA SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus melalui tahap-tahap perencanaan, tindakan, evaluasi dan observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen observasi, tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif, tes hasil belajar, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian siklus I dan siklus 2 menunjukkan: (1) terjadi peningkatan aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa dari baik menjadi sangat baik, (2) kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa meningkat dari sedang menjadi tinggi, (3) self efficacy siswa menigkat dari sedang menjadi tinggi, (4) hasil belajar siswa pada aspek sikap meningkat dari baik (skor 71,53) menjadi sangat baik (skor 86,34), aspek keterampilan meningkat dari cukup baik menjadi baik, dan persentase ketuntasan pengetahuan siswa meningkat dari 52,78% pada siklus I menjadi 83,33% di siklus II.Kata kunci: creative problem solving, kemampuan berpikir kreatif, self efikasi, sistem koloid.
This study aims to examine the processes and factors behind the conversion of land into oil palm plantation and to analyze land-use changes that affects to environmental, economic, and socio-cultural changes in local community. This research was conducted in Murutuwu Village, East Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan. This study used a qualitative approach. The number of informants as a sampel was 33 people who were determined purposively. The criteria for informants were people who clearly knew the development of the Murutuwu Village area or local communites and/or rubber farmers who transferred land ownership to become oil palm plantation. The result showed that the process of land conversion in Murutuwu Village started from 2007-2008 which was marked by the presence of oil palm plantation investors and the issuance of plantation location permits in 2009 by the local government. The community-owned rubber plantations were then converted into plantations and the construction of an oil palm processing factory. Factors that caused land-use change were externally due to government intervention and intervention from the private sector (companies), and internally due to the high flow of land sales by the community. The impact of land conversion into oil palm plantations has caused social changes which are characterized by: 1) changes in the environment, either directly (biophysical), or indirectly (demographic), 2) changes in the local community's economy including shifts and diversification of livelihoods as well as changes in income, and 3) there are socio-cultural changes in the local community including the loss of community identity as farmers,the occurrence of social competition, the erosion of community cultural values, and reduced mutual cooperation activities in the community.
This study aims to describe the influence of parenting patterns and socioeconomic status on the ability to discuss early childhood cannot be directly felt even though it is very important in shaping language women, but the process needs to be through the quality of parental communication to children in Kindergarten of Anjir Muara District. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population were 300 children and sample were 173 people using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation. Hypothesis testing uses Path Analysis. The results there is a relationship (1) parenting pattern and parent communication (2) the socioeconomic status and parent communication (3) parents parenting pattern and children's language ability (4) family socioeconomic status and children's language ability (5) parent communication and children's language ability (6) indirect relationship parenting pattern, parents communication on children's language ability (7) socioeconomic status through parental communication on children's language ability.
Teacher performance is very important in ensuring the achievement of school goals, it needs to be encouraged for better performance. However, this is not easy because many factors influence it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of work motivation, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on teacher performance at SDN Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency. This research is a regression research with a quantitative approach which is formulated into a path analysis model. Based on the results of the study, the variable regression coefficient values were positive numbers such as work motivation (X1) with performance (Y) of 0.275, work motivation (X1) with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Z) of 0.433 , job satisfaction (X2) with performance teachers (Y) of 0.375, job satisfaction (X2) with Orgaizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Z) of 0.435, Orgaizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Z) with teacher performance (Y) of 0.269 , work motivation (X1) through organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Z) with teacher performance (Y) of 0.116 and job satisfaction (X2) through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Z) with teacher performance (Y) of 0.117. Therefore, this study can be concluded that there is a significant direct and indirect effect between work motivation, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on teacher performance.
