The purpose of the research is to know the Principal's supervision contribution and work motivation toward the teachers' performance at the public of Senior High School at Barito Kuala, District. The research population is public teachers at the Senior High School in Barito Kuala, District, as much as 227 teachers. And, to take a sample it's used Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique by determining sample to each school in a proportional manner and found as much as 145 teachers. For data collection is conducted by a questionnaire. And the questionnaire validity trial is conducted by the corrected item-Total correlation. A reliability trial is using Cronbach's Alpha (a). Data Analysis is taking simple regression and double technique. The data's outcomes are: (1) significantly, there is the Principal's supervision contribution toward teachers performance at Senior High School in Barito Kuala, with determination value 66,1%; (2) There is a work motivation contribution towards teachers performance at public of Senior High School in Barito Kuala, significantly with determination value 65,6%; (3) And so, with significantly there is a Principal's supervision contribution and work motivation toward teachers performance at Public of Senior High School in Barito Kuala District, in the manner of determination value 74,8%
This study aims to describe the influence of parenting patterns and socioeconomic status on the ability to discuss early childhood cannot be directly felt even though it is very important in shaping language women, but the process needs to be through the quality of parental communication to children in Kindergarten of Anjir Muara District. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population were 300 children and sample were 173 people using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation. Hypothesis testing uses Path Analysis. The results there is a relationship (1) parenting pattern and parent communication (2) the socioeconomic status and parent communication (3) parents parenting pattern and children's language ability (4) family socioeconomic status and children's language ability (5) parent communication and children's language ability (6) indirect relationship parenting pattern, parents communication on children's language ability (7) socioeconomic status through parental communication on children's language ability.
This study intends to examine the direct and indirect effects of organizational commitment as intermediary variables in the relationship between achievement motivation and organizational culture on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study utilized a quantitative research method; path analysis was employed in correlational research. One hundred and twenty participants were chosen from a population of 172 elementary school teachers in the Lampihong District using the Proportional e Random Sampling technique. Instruments with organizational culture (17 items), achievement motivation (30 items), organizational commitment (24 items), and organizational citizenship behavior (21 items) that have undergone validity and reliability testing were used for data collection. Using the product moment person correlation test, the validity and reliability of this source of data were evaluated. In order to determine the direct and indirect relationships between variables, research data were first subjected to normality, linearity, and homogeneity tests. The findings revealed that organizational culture, achievement motivation, and organizational commitment all had direct and indirect influences on teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
This study aimed to examine the correlation between the situational leadership of the principal and teacher performance through work motivation and the work climate of state vocational school teachers in Banjarmasin. Using a proportional random sampling technique, a sample size of 170 people was chosen from among 296 teachers who have been certified to teach in state vocational schools in Banjarmasin as the population. Technique for gathering data was questionnaires that was distributed via Google Forms and questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were used in instrument testing. The data was analyzed by using some techniques namely data description, path analysis, trimming, normalcy test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test. The findings revealed a correlation between: (1) the situational leadership of the principal and teacher performance which was 0.841; (2) the situational leadership of the principal and teacher work motivation which was 0.857; (3) the situational leadership of the principal and work climate which was 0.865; (4) work motivation and teacher performance which was 0.128; (5) work climate and teacher performance which was 0.949; and (6) the situational leadership of the principal with teacher performance through work motivation which was 0.110, (7) situational leadership of the principal with teacher performance through work climate with the result was 0.949.
This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of education, occupation, and level of parenting on children's independence. A total of 212 parents and children were used to carry out this research using the simple random sampling technique. This research is important because independence itself is an attitude that must be possessed by someone in order to be a person who is responsible for him, so it is important to analyze and describe how much factors influence the formation of independence. The data obtained were examined and utilized to test hypotheses using the path analysis. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS version 24.0 computer program. The results consists of the following points: There are direct influences: (1) Level of parental education about childcare (2) Parents 'work on childcare (3) Parent's level of education about children's independence (4) Parents' work on children's independence (5) Parenting style for child stagnation. While the no indirect influence comprises of the following (6) The level of parental education on children's independence through parenting (7) Parents' work on children's independence through parenting. However, there were no indirect influences. So it was concluded that the level of education, employment and parenting influence on the independence of children.
