The Correlation Between Situational Leadership of Principal and Teacher Performance Through Work Motivation and Work Climate at Vocational School Teacher in Banjarmasin

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the correlation between the situational leadership of the principal and teacher performance through work motivation and the work climate of state vocational school teachers in Banjarmasin.
