Teachers are key to improving the quality of education, they are at the central point of any educational reform effort. In order to become a professional person, teachers must meet the qualifications and competency standards of educators. The approach used in this study is a multidisciplinary approach that is: religious approach, juridical / normative, management, and sociological. This research was conducted in Makassar City of South Sulawesi Province. The place of research is in all Madrasah Tsanawiyah within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City. The object population (target) of this research is all teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Makassar City consisting of 2 State Islamic Madrasah Tsanawiyah and 32 Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The teacher population of 34 Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Makassar City is 729 people. Research Results Shows that the professionalism of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in terms of; 1) Mastery of materials, structures, concepts, and scientific patterns that support the subjects being taught, 2) Mastery of Competency Standards and Basic Competencies, 3) Development of creativity-enhanced learning materials, and 4) Continuous professional development by taking reflective action yet Optimal because it is in the category of being.
This research aims to produce a blended learning model combined with teaching materials that integrate traditional, online, electronic, or digital sources. It uses Research and Development method with the Dick and Carey model. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, documentary studies, questionnaires, and tests, while analysis was performed qualitatively. The data obtained were analyzed by condensation, presentation, and verification. The design of Ulumul Qur'an at UIN Alauddin Makassar postgraduate was determined from the learning process and results. Traditional learning involved the use of syllabus sources, including RPS, textbooks, as well as learning media, such as libraries, whiteboards, markers, and erasers. Students were given assignments, examples, and checklist instruments. Moreover, the learning process employed digital sources and media, such as LCDs, laptops, and PowerPoint presentations. Online sources included information search engines, such as Google, and the use of e-mail for assignment submissions. This study aims to find the effectiveness of role play method toward the students' motivation in English conversation for the first grade students at MTs As'adiyah No. 49 Bola Aserae -Belawa academic year 2016/2017. The method used in this study was quantitative research through pre-experimental method by using one shot case study pre-test and post-test design. Before the treatment, the reseracher did the pretest in one class. Moreover, the researcher taught English conversation by role play technique in the experimental class. The last, the researcher conducted the post-test to know whether a role play technique was effective for teaching English conversation in experimental class. As the quantitative method, the researcher analized the data by using the t-test (4.37) which was higher than t-table value (2.093). The result showed that there was significant difference on the students' speaking achievement taught by using role play. The students' mean score of the pre-test of the experiment class was 52.4. Then, in the post-test, the mean score of experiment class was 65. Therefore, hypothesis H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It could be said that role play method was effective in teaching English conversation toward the students' motivation for the first grade of junior high school students.Keyword: Role Play, Students' Motivation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang kegiatan keagamaan sebagai pilar perbaikan perilaku narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Wanita Kelas IIA Sungguminasa Gowa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui kegiatan keagamaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Wanita Kelas IIA Sungguminasa Gowa; 2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan keagamaan serta bagaimana hasil kegiatan keagamaan terhadap perilaku narapidana, wawasan pengetahuannya tentang ilmu agama dan perilaku kesehariannya baik sikapnya kepada sesama manusia dan ibadahnya selama di Lapas.Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan ilmiah dan pendekatan studi keilmuan. Pendekatan ilmiah meliputi pendekatan sosiologis dan pendekatan studi keilmuan meliputi interdisipliner, yaitu pendekatan pedagogis dan pendekatan psikologis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan sebagai pilar perbaikan perilaku narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Wanita Kelas IIA Sungguminasa Gowa, berjalan dengan cukup baik dengan tenaga pembimbing uztadz dan uztadzah dari luar Lapas, yang memang dari latar belakang pendidikan Agama dari mulai jenjang S1 sampai S3. Ditunjang dengan fasilitas kegiatan keagamaan yang ada di Lapas, seperti Pesantren, Masjid dan perpustakaan, namun penulis melihat kegiatan keagamaan belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan sangat baik karena penulis melihat ada beberapa faktor yang bisa menjadi faktor penghambat kegiatan keagamaan, misalnya masih ada beberapa narapidana yang tidak pernah dibesuk oleh pihak keluargnya sehingga narapidana tersebut tidak mempunyai biaya untuk membeli perlengkapan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan, seperti mukena atau alat tulis untuk belajar. Masih minimnya suntikan dana kegiatan keagamaan dari pemerintah pusat, sehingga pihak Lapas selama ini masih banyak mengandalkan sumbangan sumbangan dari 445 pihak dermawan yang menyumbang beberapa perlengkapan kepada para narapidana untuk beribadah, seperti Al-Qur'an, mukena. This research aims to uncover how Islamic criminal acts towards social media crimes. This study also elaborates on how Islam assesses Indonesian criminal prosecution against social media crimes. The approach used is a juridical normative to assess the criminal law system in force in Indonesia with the Islamic criminal perspective as grand theory. The results found that crime through social media was adapted with the crime in Islamic law namely Hudūd, qisas diyat and tazir. This research also found that the Indonesian legal system provides legal rewards for perpetrators of crimes through social media charged with the Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Law still needs to be expanded. Crimes through social media most often threatened by the ITE Law are insults to the government or symbols of the state, threatening and defamation of others, insults to others and violating SARA (ethnicity, religion, race and intergroup). Cybercrimes related to adultery, alcoholism and terrorism must be considered because they are a serious threat. Prison penalties and fines that are most often sentenced to perpetrators of social media crimes include part of criminal tazir which is following Islamic criminal law.
