The threat of terrorism is exacerbated by technology. It leads to a new term called Cyberterrorism. Apparently, this threat has not received appropriate space in the legal regulations in Indonesia. Therefore, this paper aims to strengthen legal action against cyberterrorism. This strengthening is obtained by assimilating Islamic law through the normative juridical method. The data are sourced from related news and updated journals. Researchers found that the assimilation of Islamic law products into positive law in Indonesia was in the form of Hirabah Punishment, Rebel Punishment, or Takzir. This idea is expected to be a consideration for policymakers in updating their laws so that they can reduce terrorism crimes, especially in cyberspace.
This article aims to reveal the reflection of the Qur'an on the oppressed group in the context of social inequality. Using the descriptive analytical approach in the various literature related to the subject of this research, whether in the form of primary sources such as the Qur’an and interpretations, as well as secondary sources in the form of books and articles, the results of the study found that the Qur'an's reflection of al-Mustadh'afin refers to a marginalized community, weak, oppressed, and powerless groups both culturally and structurally. In the context of social inequality, the poor, orphans, beggars, and slaves are al-Mustadh'afin groups. The effort to liberate the al-Mustadh'afin from all forms of discrimination, oppression, and exploitation that leads to social inequality is a vision of Islamic teachings. In the context of the Indonesian state, Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution are the two supporting pillars that are in line with the spirit of the Al-Qur'an's alignment with al-Mustadh'afin. Thus, the defense of al-Mustadh'afin in the context of social inequality can be done by maximizing the role of government, agencies, and social institutions.
This research aims to produce a blended learning model combined with teaching materials that integrate traditional, online, electronic, or digital sources. It uses Research and Development method with the Dick and Carey model. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, documentary studies, questionnaires, and tests, while analysis was performed qualitatively. The data obtained were analyzed by condensation, presentation, and verification. The design of Ulumul Qur'an at UIN Alauddin Makassar postgraduate was determined from the learning process and results. Traditional learning involved the use of syllabus sources, including RPS, textbooks, as well as learning media, such as libraries, whiteboards, markers, and erasers. Students were given assignments, examples, and checklist instruments. Moreover, the learning process employed digital sources and media, such as LCDs, laptops, and PowerPoint presentations. Online sources included information search engines, such as Google, and the use of e-mail for assignment submissions. Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan metode Dirosa, untuk menggali kemampuan peserta didik yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan Metode Dirosa yang dilaksanakan oleh DPD Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar, dan untuk menemukan kendala-kendala yang ada pada implementasi metode Dirosa dalam pembelajaran al-Qur'an DPD Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar berserta solusinya. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis sebagai pendekatan utama dan dibantu dengan pendekatan pedagogis dan psikologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan metode Dirosa dilaksanakan sebanyak 20 kali pertemuan dengan jumlah peserta 10-25 orang per kelompok. Kendala-kendala yang menghambat adalah jadwal pertemuan Dirosa yang sulit ditentukan, kurangnya kedisiplinan peserta, kurangnya waktu dalam mengulangi pelajaran, kendala tempat, dan kendala internal DPD Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar. Adapun solusi dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut adalah musyawarah antar peserta, memberi motivasi dan semangat kepada peserta didik, komunikasi dengan pengurus masjid, dan melakukan sosialisasi dan perekrutan pengajar Dirosa. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan metode Dirosa harus lebih ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan oleh DPD Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar agar manfaatnya dirasakan oleh masyarakat yang lebih luas. 482 I. PENDAHULUANAl-Qur'an merupakan kitab suci umat Islam yang berfungsi sebagai petunjuk dan sebagai pedoman hidup untuk mencapai ridha Allah dan kebahagiaan dunia akhirat. Al-Qur'an dilihat dari segi sisinya berkaitan dengan dua masalah besar yakni masalah dunia dan masalah akhirat.Al-Qur'an menjadi atu-satunya kitab samawi yang telah terjaga orisinalitasnya sepanjang sejarah 1 . Al-Qur'an telah melalui jalan panjang sejarah dan selalu sesuai dengan tempat dan zaman. Ketika membacanya, memahami ilmu tajwid dan maknanya maka akan terasa kesenangan pada setiap orang yang beriman dan bertakwa karena dengan itu manusia akan mendapatkan petunjuk dari al-Qur'an, tanpa keraguan dikagumi oleh orang-orang yang bertakwa. 2 Al-Qur'an adalah mukjizat yang abadi, yang diturunkan kepada rasulullah saw., sebagai hidayah bagi manusia dan berisi tentang penjelasan-penjelasan mengenai petunjuk tersebut serta menjadi pembeda antara yang hak dan yang batil. This research aims to explore multicultural education dialogue and harmony in diversity based on the Qur'an. It aims to get anxious answers to various interpretations of the Qur'an, which then aims at understanding that is inclusive of the Qur'an. By conducting a thematic interpretation study with an anthropological approach, the concept of interpretation is found, which produces an inclusive understanding. It accepts diversity as sunnatullah by always maintaining tolerance and harmony in diversity. There are many Qur'anic verses which show that diversity is God's will as a test for humans to compete in goodness. Humans must realize tolerance, harmony, and cooperation, so it is necessary to form a collective agreement jointly.
