Abstract-This paper presents a method for instructional design in the training of professionals in industrial engineering. The didactic design is done using a third order cybernetic circuit (CC3), within a third order cybernetic circuit (CC3DCC3).The third-order cybernetic circuit (CC3) identifies one of the foundations of industrial engineering through the use of physical laws and links to a course or class purpose as an indicator of learning.The third order cybernetic circuit embedded (CC3DCC3) includes aspects of teaching or lesson plan for the specific activity, in this case the calculation of the elements was made for the law of Little.As a result of the process, was obtained an example described and extrapolated for the design of game based activities for the learning process. The description of teaching in engineering education and engineering application is obtained. Resumen-Este texto presenta un método para el diseño de una lúdica como técnica didáctica en la formación de profesionales en ingeniería industrial. El diseño didáctico se hace usando un circuito de cibernética de tercer orden, (CC3), dentro de un circuito cibernético de tercer orden (CC3DCC3).
