Some of the lecturers' duties include teaching, research and community service often mentioned by Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Of the three obligations of a lecturer is asked to have the ability to write skills such as Reports, Theses, Theses, Dissertations, Books, Articles and others. However, to be able to write well it is necessary to practice continuously and know the tools to write one is the tool for the citation and bibliography. Therefore required tools / applications that can help lecturers to write citations and bibliography. Mendeley is an application that can be used to write citations and bibliography but not all lecturers can use this application. Methods in an effort to improve the ability to write lecturers do with several stages of lecture training materials / workshops about the contents of the introduction of Mendeley applications and videos about the ease of using this application, Practice using Mendeley application, Provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions or discussions about the material submitted, Conducting a survey to evaluate is done by spreading Pretest & Posttest quizoner with success indicator of success level understanding of participants in this program is 70%. The result of this activity proves that the lecturer can improve his writing ability is very positive for the development of lecturers expertise in making scientific research work. Keywords: Quality of lecturer, Writing, Quote, References ABSTRAKDi dalam perguruan tinggi yang sukses tidak bisa dilupakan adanya faktor yang satu ini yaitu dosen. Dosen merupakan kunci sukses dalam perguruan tinggi untuk mendidik mahasiswa dan mahasiswi agar dapat berguna bagi nusa dan bangsa dimasa yang akan datang. Beberapa tugas dosen diantaranya mengajar, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang sering disebutkan dengan Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Dari tiga kewajiban seorang dosen tersebut dosen ditutut untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam menulis seperti Laporan, Skripsi, Tesis, Disertasi, Buku, Artikel dan lain-lain. Namun, untuk dapat menulis dengan baik maka perlu latihan secara terus menerus serta mengetahui alat bantu untuk menulis salah satunyanya adalah alat bantu untuk kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Oleh karena itu diperlukan alat/aplikasi yang dapat membantu dosen untuk menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Mendeley merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka namun tidak seluruh dosen dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini. Metode dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dosen lakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu ceramah  materi pelatihan/workshop tentang  dengan isi yaitu pengenalan aplikasi Mendeley dan video tentang mudahnya menggunakan applikasi ini, Praktek menggunkan aplikasi Mendeley, Memberikan kesempatan kepada para peserta untuk mengajukan pertanyaan atau diskusi mengenai materi yang disampaikan, Melakukan survei untuk mengevaluasi dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisoner Pretest & dan Posttest dengan Indikator kerberhasilan tingkat pemahaman peserta pada program ini adalah 70 %. Hasil dari kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dosen dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka dan sangat positif bagi pengembangan keahlian dosen dalam membuat karya ilmiah. Kata Kunci: Kualitas dosen, Menulis, Kutipan, Daftar Pustaka

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam upaya untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi factor eksternal dan internal pedagang dan strategi dalam penanggulangan praktek rentenir di pasar syariah ulul albab siak hulu Kampar. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, Dilakukan dalam situasi yang wajar (natural setting) dengan Metode kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya penerapan Strategi agresif pada penanggulan praktek rentenir pada pedagang pasar syariah ulul albab dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan strategi SO yakni dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan yang dimiliki yakni pasar syariah itu sendiri untuk menangkap peluang yang ada dan menggunakan Penerapan si  stem syariah dipasar syariah untuk mendukung agar penerapan praktek rentenir itu sendiri bisa di akhiri dan segera untuk membentuk/mendirikan lembaga keuangan syariah/ yakni BMT (Baitul mall wa tan will) /koperasi syariah.

One professional management is in the preparation of financial statements follow Financial Accounting Standards (IFRSs) which has been officially in force in Indonesia as a reference book and standards in preparing and presenting financial statements of business or company. But in fact many of the micro, small and medium enterprises that do not understand the SAK. Indonesia has the Financial Accounting Standards (GAAP) used for preparing and presenting the financial statements in order to make financial statements can be uniform and easily understood by the stakeholders. Because GAAP is difficult to be applied by the economic circles of micro, small and medium then issued Financial Accounting Standards specifically for micro, small and medium enterprises by giving the name of Financial Accounting Standards ETAP (entities Without Public Accountability), so that small businesses can create financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP. Specificity SAK ETAP is easier to be applied by SMEs but should not be applied by companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange or companies that require reporting to the public. The problem that often arises is the economic society is small or micro, small and medium SAK ETAP who do not understand this, so that if they make the financial statements are not in accordance with GAAP ETAP which has been recognized by the State and International. Treatment SAK ETAP is what will be used as a workshop by TIM Faculty of Economics, University of Lancang Kuning to SMEs in the village of Muara Jalai districts of North Kampar Kampar district. TIM explains the difference SAK ETAP with the usual accounting and provide training for the preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP ETAP Enterprises. The SMEs estuary Jalai never prepare and present financial statements, which exist only in the traditional system even if there is only a small note on the purchase of goods. Given this devotion brings the understanding and implementation of penyususan and Presentation of financial statements based SAK ETAP which brings various benefits to SMEs.
