Infinite knowledge is jargon which refers to the development of science to make easier in doing anything, for instance, machine translation or trans tool. It is a popular program tool to provide translating text either Indonesia-English or English-Indonesia translation. Many kinds of machine translation, however, the most commonly accessed and easy used is Google translate as online tools. The researchers tried to clarify Google translate problem in measuring translation quality on Indonesia-English translation through Mona Baker's translation theory. The object of this research was an abstract of scientific writing. This research was qualitative research employing the descriptive method. The data collection technique of this research was selecting sentences, translating the sentences, and analyzing the sentences. The result showed that "Google Translate" had low quality and ineffective machine tools in translating Indonesia sentences into English sentences, with the highest probability of 16.2% which is only achieved when translating simple sentences of equivalence at the word level, grammatical equivalence and textual equivalent.

The article gave learning assistance by students’ utilizing waste to increase students' interest and creativity. This research used ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. Five steeps to conduct this research; discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. As for this research method including: preparation stage consisting of observation, interview to parents of students, delivery of strategies, and material extension, implementation stage consisting of socialist implementation of activities initiated by approach and mentoring students, evaluation stage of assessment of activities that have been carried out. The results activities showed that the students learning assistance against corona virus and utilizing used goods as a place to wash hands, mentoring students in utilizing waste to make product handicrafts, and mentoring students in utilizing waste as a learning medium. This Study aims to describe prospective teachers’ creativity in producing mathematical problems based on South Sumatra’s Cultures. The subjects are 30 3rd-year mathematics study program students of Sriwijaya University. These students are divided to 8 groups of three or four. Each group assigned to create 2 mathematical problem from the same cultural context in two weeks. The results show that there is improvement for students’ fluency, flexibility, and elaboration aspect. Students are able to create more than one mathematical problems, proposes more than one resolution, and some of them are able to evaluate those alternatives. There is no significant improvement in the aspect of originality. The topic engaged with the culture tend to be uniform, with most groups employ the concept of geometry and transformation. However there is a sense of mathematical modeling in students’ works. Therefore, it is suggested to conduct further research on ethnomodeling.

Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan baca Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan metode an-nahdliyah pada guru TPA di Kecamatan Trimurjo Lampung Tengah ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan, karena bertujuan untuk mengembangkan baca Al-Qur’an dengan pendekatan An-Nahdliyah yang sangat untuk diaplikasikan dan dikembangkan di masyarakat, dengan metode An- Nahdliyah ini masyarakat khususnya guru TPQ akan lebih mudah dalam memahami dan membaca al-Qur’an. Dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan Parcipatory Actiont Research (PAR). Pada dasarnya, PAR merupakan penelitian yang melibatkan secara aktif semua pihak-pihak stakeholders dalam mengkaji tindakan yang sedang berlangsung dalam rangka melakukan perubahan kearah yang lebih baik dan landasan utamanya merupakan gagasan dari rakyat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah baca al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan metode An-Nahdliyah ini, respon dari guru TPA yang ada di Kecamatan Trimurjo sangat antusias, dan ditindaklanjuti dengan mengadakan kerjasama dengan MWC Kecamatan Trimurjo dan Mabin Kota Metro.
