Abstract, This study aims to determine what factors affect the governance of Puluhan Village in realizing good governance and know what are the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of good governance in the Puluhan Village Geyer District,Geyer Purwodadi Grobogan Regency. This research focuses on the governance of Puluhan Village in realizing good governance. The methodology of this research is qualitative and data collection method is done by literature review and in-depth interview on key informants in village government circle. Researchers found that governance should be improved in several aspects: transparency in the use of village funds and disclosure of information; Accountability of village apparatus performance performance.Keywords : Village administration, Village Governance, Good Governance, Principles of good governance. Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tata kelola pemerintahan Desa Puluhan dalam mewujudkan good governancedan mengetahui apa saja kendala atau hambatan dalam pelaksanaan good governance di Desa puluhan Kecamatan Geyer Kelurahan Ngrandu Kabupaten Purwodadi Grobogan. Penelitian ini fokus pada tata kelola pemerintahan Desa Puluhan dalam mewujudkan good governance. Plant diversity can be used as learning enrichment material in schools. Likewise, the types of aquatic plants used as enrichment materials in electronic pocket books. This study aims to describe the validity of the electronic pocket book of aquatic plants in the Rawa Irrigation River, Tanipah Village, Mandastana Regency. Research using a descriptive approach with the development of formative evaluation Tessmer (1998) is limited to the stages of development which include self-evaluation, expert review, and content practicality tests. The test results on this product are very valid and very practical. So that it can be used as material to enrich the concept of biodiversity in secondary schools.
The objective of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital disclosure and institutional ownership to the level of underpricing in Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesian Stock Exchange. It is argued that the higher the intelectual capital disclosure the lower the level of underpricing. While because of assymmtric informatian, another argumentation is that institutional ownership influence underpricing. The sample in this study are company’s IPO in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2007-2011. The sample are selected using purposive sampling method. The hypotheses are tested by running regression models. Thedependent variable is underpricing. The independent variables are the disclosure of intellectual capital and institutional ownership. This study also uses the control variable, they are return on assets, firm size, financial leverage, and underwriter reputation. The results show that intellectual capital disclosure has significant negative influence to the level of underpricing, while institutional ownership variable is not significant. Financial leverage and underwriter reputation as a control variable have significant negative effects to the level of underpricing.While other control variables are return on assets and firm size have no significant effect to the level of underpricing.Keywords: intellectual capital disclosure, institution ownership, underpricing, return on asset, firm size, financial leverage, underwriter’s reputation.
This research is find out the students’ experiences and meaning of experiences in learning English using video on YouTube notably as extra resources for people learning English at home. The study attempt to answer research question, that is why do students’ experiences matter when learning English vocabulary using video on YouTube? That question were answered through a series of observation and interviews. All of the students were asked to reflect on their experiences and what those events meant to them. This research was conducted in SMA AlWashliyah 3 Medan. There were five students’ participants. The phenomenological investigation was applied to the research. Data has a narrative structure. After that, it was triple checked using member checking. The result of the analysis reveals that students’ experience some feelings, thought, and activities in learning. Before learning activities, learners bring the background of knowledge and learning style in their learning English using video on YouTube. During learning activities, the students experience some feelings such as lazy, happy, comfortable and motivated to learn. The students also think about the vocabularies which increase during the process of learning. The results are that video on YouTube offer a new strategy of learning English which is interesting and that video on YouTube provide audiovisual materials in which the students learn English vocabulary.
