Preschool children, 3–6 years old, are problematic or difficult age. This period usually has behavior problem resulting from the unique personality process and having freedom demanding. Their psychosocial development is between initiative stage versus guilty one. Parents’ parenting is the ability of parents to provide time, attention, and support in order their children can grow and develop very well.The aim of this study is to determine correlation between the type of parents’ parenting and psychosocial development of preschool children at Pertiwi I Kinder Garten, Purbowangi, Buayan, Kebumen.The present study was correlation research with cross sectional approach.The samples were 70 parents and their children taken by saturated sampling technique. Data were collected by using questionnaires. Statistical data analysis used Spearman Rank test.There were 50% respondents who applied democratic parenting type. Most children had good psychosocial development (62,9%). The result of the analysis showed by Spearman Rank p value (0.000).There were correlation between the type of parents’ parenting and psychosocial development of preschool children at Pertiwi I Kinder Garten, Purbowangi, Buayan, Kebumen. Latar Belakang: COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang penyebarannya massif di dunia. Penggunaan masker merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan dan pencegahan agar tidak terpapar droplet atau percikan orang lain. Berdasarkan penelitian influenza, influenzalike illness, dan coronavirus didapatkan sebuah data tentang pemakaian masker memberikan suatu pencegahan dalam penularan melalui droplet infeksi dari orang yang pernah terinfeksi dan dari faktor lingkungan.Tujuan : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi masyarakat dengan kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya pencegahan Covid-19 di desa Buniayu Tambak Kabupaten Banyumas.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 98 orang. Hasil Penelitian : Gambaran persepsi masyarakat desa Buniayu Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Banyumas tentang pengetahuan dan pencegahan Covid-19 berada di kategori persepsi baik (87,8%), tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga protokol kesehatan dalam kategori patuh (94,9%) dan terdapat hubungan kedua variabel bersifat searah karena bernilai positif dengan nilai p value = 0,040.Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan persepsi masyarakat dengan kepatuhan menjaga protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya pencegahan Covid-19 di desa Buniayu Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Banyumas.
Background: the competencies that must be possessed by a nursing student when they practice on the clinics or hospital, they must be able to carry out about physical examinations, determine nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing actions.Purpose: to know the effect of the clinical skills practice module on the nursing student’s ability in a chest physical examinationMethod: this research used True Experimental in the form of Posttest Only Control Design. Using two groups selected randomly into the control and treatment group. Where the control group will be given a conventional method and treatment group will be given a clinical skill module that is made by researchers.Result: t value was -6,625 < t table (1,658), so that it can be concluded that there is different between the treatment group and control group. Background: Globally, the infant mortality rate (IMR) is still extremely high. One of the efforts to improve children's health is exclusive breastfeeding for six months. Exclusive breastfeeding can reduce infant mortality rate caused by various infectious diseases. Thus, the community, especially mothers need to have proper knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, and then they are expected to practice it. This study aims to determine the relationship between mothers’ knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding and the breastfeeding patterns of 6-month children in Jatimulyo Village, Petanahan Sub-district, Kab, Indonesia. Kebumen Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia.Methods: The study was conducted in Jatimulyo Village using quantitative methods and correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. This study sample consisted of 56 mothers who had children aged 6-24 months selected based on the total sampling approach. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi-square statistical tests.Results: This study found that most of the respondents are 26-30 years old and have a high school education level with multigravida parity and have a moderate level of knowledge. The study showed a relationship between the level of exclusive breastfeeding knowledge and breastfeeding patterns with a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05) and a correlation value of 0.499.Conclusions: Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and breastfeeding patterns with a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05) and a correlation value of 0.499.
This research method is using quantitative research methods with observational analytic research with a retrospective cohort approach. The number of samples is 162 respondents. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed the majority of infants who were given exclusive breastfeeding experienced a frequency of rare illness events as many as 59 (72.8%) respondents and infants who were not given exclusive breastfeeding the majority experienced frequent frequency of illness events as many as 50 (61.7%) respondents. The analysis of the study showed that there was a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the frequency of illness in infants aged 6-12 months. In this study it was found that the majority of the incidence of illness in infants who were given exclusive breastfeeding was fever as much as 22 (27.2%) while infants who were not exclusively breastfeeding were diarrhea as much as 37 (45.7%).
