The purpose of the work was to study the structure and content of tests of physical training of the armed forces of foreign countries and further development of the test of physical fitness of servicemen, testing its effectiveness in the system of military-professional activities. To solve the goal, the following tasks were formed: to analyze the main components of the guiding documents on the organization and verification of physical fitness of servicemen, their tasks and areas of implementation; to determine the basic principles of the organization of testing and assessment of physical fitness in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of foreign countries. Materials and methods. The main material was scientific articles, archival data, guiding documents on the organization, structure and content of the test of physical fitness of servicemen in the armed forces of leading NATO countries. Achieving the goal was ensured by using a set of adequate general scientific research methods. In particular, the story was chosen because it allows a more diverse description of a relatively wide range of issues. However, various sources of information were used to minimize subjective views and judgments, but primarily literary and documentary. At the same time, we used a critical approach to the choice of available sources of information. The formation of a circle of literature sources was carried out after their search in the database Scopus, SPORT Discus, Web of Science. They also took into account the temporal aspect of the appearance of information on certain topics, especially foreign leading scholars. Similarly, there was a direct study of printed literature sources, including information from journal articles on lists of used literature. In total, more than 50 sources of information were analyzed, followed by a final review and 22 sources of literature, including 7 foreign authors, the material of which was processed using general scientific methods, including analysis and synthesis, systematization, generalization. Results and discussion. It is determined that the reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the absence of sufficient funding, clear guidelines and objectives, structure and functions negatively affects the state of military-professional activities of all types and kinds of troops, including the state of physical training. We have singled out the principles according to which the content of testing and assessing the physical fitness of servicemen at different stages of military service and its different conditions is formed. The main direction of all principles is the interdependence of physical fitness of servicemen and the effectiveness of combat training tasks. Based on the results of our literature analysis of the system of testing and assessment of physical training of the armed forces of leading countries, we concluded that in the system of testing physical fitness a certain gradation was carried out by type of armed forces and military specialties. Conclusion. It is proved that the opinion of the majority of domestic and foreign experts on the formation of tests of physical fitness in the Armed Forces of Ukraine does not differ significantly from some provisions of the guidance documents on physical training and testing complexes of foreign armed forces
At the same time, the study of the educational process at the higher military educational institution and military practice showed that the physical fitness of young officer-graduate artillerymen has certain shortcomings. During the study of reviews of gunnery graduates, it was found that 22 % of reviews contain conclusions about the insufficient level of physical fitness of young officers. All this testifies to the urgency of finding new, more effective approaches to the development of physical qualities and military-applied combat skills in artillery cadets. The purpose of the work is to experimentally test the effectiveness of the developed proposals for improving the physical training of artillery cadets with an emphasis on the development of strength and power endurance. Methods – theoretical analysis and generalization of practical experience; survey of cadets and specialists; pedagogical observation and experiment; medical and pedagogical testing; mathematical and statistical analysis of the obtained results. All the tests used were consistent with the recommendations of domestic and foreign researchers. Cadets – future officers (21.6 ± 1.5 years old) who started their fourth year of training at the beginning of the experiment took part in the study military academy. A total of 121 cadets and officers of artillery specialties were involved, of which 40 cadets were divided into control and experimental groups. The results. The survey of 121 respondents revealed that the most important factors that determine the effectiveness of the physical training of gunner cadets are the use of physical exercises to develop strength and power endurance (24.1 % of respondents) and the use of loads in the process of physical training adequate to the conditions of the combat activity of an officer- artillerymen ( 12.9 % of respondents). During the analysis of the conducted study, it was established that the main pedagogical conditions for improving the quality of physical training of artillery cadets are a rational distribution of training load in all forms of physical training, a gradual but constant increase in physical load with an emphasis on strength training and endurance. Conclusions. Improve methods of conducting physical training with artillery cadets should first of all be carried out with the use of loads adequate to the combat conditions of the artillery officer and modeling of physical training, in accordance with the specifics of the military and professional activity of gunners when performing combat tasks. The developed recommendations for the physical training of artillerymen cadets of the experimental group (EG) showed high efficiency, which made it possible to increase their level of physical fitness by 21.2 %, while in the control group (CG) such an increase was 8.8 %. The functional state of the cadets’ bodies has also changed positively. The level of the studied indicators improved by an average of 18.2 % in EG, and by 7.1 % in CG
The long-term experience of physical training of the Armed Forces of foreign countries convincingly proves that hand-to-hand combat, with appropriate organization and conduct, can serve as an effective means of educating personnel in the spirit of devotion, contribute to instilling in servicemen a sense of responsibility, camaraderie and mutual assistance, loyalty to one’s duty, collectivism and cohesion. Today, when our servicemen take part in the defense of the state, it is especially important to use all possible means for the psychological readiness of servicemen in order to perform their assigned tasks in a high-quality manner. The successful performance of military tasks and the future fate of our country depend on the psychological preparedness of military personnel. The purpose of the research was to determine modern technologies and methods of improving hand-to-hand combat techniques to improve the combat and psychological training of servicemen. Research methods. To conduct the research, the methods of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, questionnaires among experts (15 people) and cadets-future officers (120 cadets) were used, regarding the effectiveness of the application of the training model for future officers in hand-to-hand combat in the system of physical training. The methods of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature were used to conduct the research. In total, more than 60 sources of information were analyzed, after which a final review was conducted and 34 literature sources were singled out, the material of which was processed using general scientific methods. The results. According to the results of the study, it was established that special physical training as an educational discipline aims to provide training of military personnel and specialists of power structures with a high level of versatile physical and psychological readiness, capable of effectively and qualitatively solving assigned tasks, to withstand mental, neuropsychological and physical stress without reducing the effectiveness of military professional activity, mastering the skills of using means of physical influence and self-defense, as well as minimizing the negative impact of the factors of the real situation on the general efficiency and combat readiness of personnel, which becomes especially relevant in the conditions of long, continuous combat operations. Conclusions. The need for the process of training the future personnel of military personnel and specialists of the security forces of Ukraine for complex forms of pedagogical activity, in which medical-biological, psychophysiological, and organizational-methodical approaches are integrated, is determined. Accounting for all the mentioned approaches in a complex is the most important condition for increasing the effectiveness of the learning process
The relevance of the issue is determined by the fact that an athlete possessing genetic and physiological abilities that were discovered in time can master a complex jumping program and execute it excellently at a high technical level. Therefore, it is important to mathematically substantiate the criteria for children enrollment to the sports schools. The Purpose of the Study is to determine indicators affecting sports readiness, to calculate their prognostic significance and to form criteria for the selection of jumpers into the water at the stage of initial training. Stuff Material and Methods. The research was organized over three stages in the period from January 2020 to December 2021, with the determination of the normative assessment of technical readiness, the conduct of an ascertaining pedagogical experiment and factor analysis, the calculation of multiple regression equations relative to the total coefficient of difficulty of arbitrary jumps and the average coefficient of the complexity of jumps. 139 boys (10,98±0,1 years; range: 9–13 years) and 96 girls (11,02±0,1 years; range: 9–13 years) beginners (schoolchildren) took part in the study. The number of athletes is divided by age groups: boys – 9 years old (n=25); 10 years (n = 30); 11 years (n = 30); 12 years (n = 31); 13 years old (n = 23); girls – 9 years old (n=16); 10 years (n=23); 11 years (n=18); 12 years (n=21); 13 years old (n=18). The study was organized and carried out with athletes of the Junior High School (Lviv) and Yantar Junior High School (Novoyavorivsk). During the educational and training meetings, testing and measuring of anthropometric indicators, determination of the speed of a simple sensorimotor reaction and conscious self-regulation of sensorimotor activity, research of vestibular stability were carried out. All measurements were taken before training in the morning and in the afternoon at 9:00 and 15:00. According to the Results of the Research, the indicators that have prognostic significance for the success of the sport`s improvement of young jumpers at the stage of improving their sports training have been determined. The total indicators of physical fitness, the nystagmus amplitude during and after turning to the right, the speed of a simple motor reaction have been included. The comprehensive assessment obtained by calculating multiple regression equations has a high prognostic value and is an effective method of predicting the success of the sport`s improvement of young jumpers at the stage of initial sports training. Conclusions. It is proved that the comprehensive assessment obtained by calculating multiple regression equations has a high prognostic value and is an effective method of predicting the success of the sport`s improvement of young jumpers at the initial sports training stage.
