This research was conducted aiming to find out what factors influence the decision of Village Government in allocating Village Funds and to find out strategies for using Village Funds to support the development of the Village economy through BUMDesa Pasti Jaya Abadi Pasti Jaya activities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research approach with sources selected by purposeful sampling, namely the Village Government, Director, Secretary and Treasurer of BUMDesa, management of BUMDesa business units where researchers participate in research by collecting data by means of observation, in-depth interviews. by meeting in person or through Whatsapp media and cell phones as well as documentation of BUMDesa activities. The results of this study indicate that the main factor influencing the decision to use Village Funds in Pasti Jaya Village in 2020-2022 is the Central Government Regulation on the use of Village Funds during the Covid-19 pandemic. While the strategy for using Village Funds in improving the village economy through BUMDes activities is to meet local market demand through the BRILINK program, based on the potential of local resources through the SAPRODI business unit, capital to help micro-enterprises through productive business credit units and post-harvest processing through flour production business units. corn rice. BUMDes through the activities of business units that have been running have been able to provide PADes since 2018 and participate in improving the welfare of rural communities.
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah perilaku individu yang diskresioner, tidak berhubungan langsung atau secara eksplisit diakui oleh sistem penghargaan dan bahwa secara agregat mempromosikan berfungsinya organisasi secara efektif. OCB terus berkembang hingga ke berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, administrasi kesehatan, rumah sakit, ekonomi, psikologi masyarakat dan psikologi militer. Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada studi kasus dilingkungan Polres Mempawah, dengan melibatkan 9 informan yang terdiri dari informan kunci dan informan triangulasi sebagai data primer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas OCB di lingkungan Polres Mempawah dalam menunjang tugas dan tanggungjawab untuk dapat melindungi, mengayomi, dan melayani masyarakat Kabupaten Mempawah. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif dan data akan dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan NVivo 12 plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCB memiliki peran efektif dalam membangun komunikasi yang efektif dan dinamis; membangun rasa tulus dan ikhlas; meningkatkan kedisiplinan; membangun rasa tanggung jawab; dan membangun komitmen yang tinggi anggota Polres Mempawah.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan digital marketing pada volume penjualan bagi para pelaku usaha di wilayah perbatasan Kabupaten Bengkayang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data penelitian yang diperoleh baik berupa data primer yakni observasi, wawancara maupun dokumentasi serta data sekunder berupa studi literatur, jurnal dan data pendukung lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya digital marketing mempermudah pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan penjualan bagi pelaku UMKM.
This article aims to describe the involvement of parents in supporting the learning activities of elementary school children during the Covid-19 pandemic in the West Kalimantan – Malaysia border area. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected by interview using thematic analysis on 3 parents of students, 2 teachers and 3 elementary school students in border areas. The results of the study reveal that the involvement of parents in learning activities in border areas, namely; provide facilities for children to support study from home activities, become a source of children's learning and act as teacher intermediaries in distributing material to students and student intermediaries in submitting student assignments to teachers.
