This research aims to see the school's efforts in strengthening community-based character education, especially related to how to build participation and collaboration between schools and communities in the successful implementation of character education strengthening with school extracurricular activities. Research This is Qualitative research as this study uses a natural setting , with the aim of interpreting phenomena that occur and are carried out by means of involving several existing methods. In conducting data collection, this study uses FGD, interviews and observations. The next data is processed quantitatively from the results of the study. First; that the ability of schools to build collaboration and involvement of the community in KDP, still faces various obstacles and can be categorized as not optimal. Second; in general the community is enthusiastic about welcoming the KDP program, and has the willingness to actively participate in participating in the success of the KDP program. Third; schools have not yet discovered the design activities or design implementation that fits the needs of the school (interests, talents, abilities and creativity of the school and local wisdom in the school environment). And fourth; the design model for KDP implementation through extracurricular activities offered in this study is still a basic model, which can be adopted and modified by schools that adjust the school conditions, willingness and readiness of the community. AbstrakPenelitain Ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat upaya sekolah dalam melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis masyarakat, khususnya terkait dengan bagaimana membangun partisipasi dan kolaborasi antara sekolah dengan masyarakat dalam mensukseskan pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter dengan kegiatan ekstrakuikuler sekolah.Penelitian Ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatatif sebagai penelitian ini menggunakan latar alamiah, dengan tujuan menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi dan dilakukan dengan cara melibatkan beberapa metode yang ada. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan FGD, wawancara dan observasi.Selanjutnya data diolah secara kuantitatif Dari hasil penelitian.Pertama; bahwa kemampuan sekolah membagun kolaborasi dan perlibatan masyarakat dalam PPK, masih mengahadapi berbagai kendala dan dapat dikategorikan belum optimal.Kedua; pada umumnya masyarakat berantusias menyambut program PPK, dan memiliki kemauan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam ikut mensukseskan program PPK. Ketiga; sekolah selama ini belum menemukan desain kegiatan atau desain implementasi yang sesuai kebutuhan sekolah (minat, bakat, kemampuan dan kreatifitas sekolah serta kearifan lokal di lingkungan sekolah).Dan keempat; desain model implementasi PPK melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini, masih merupakan model dasar, yang bisa diadopsi dan dimodifikasi oleh sekolah yang menyesuaikan kondisi sekolah, kesediaan dan kesiapan masyarakat.
The increasingly fierce competition mechanism inspired this research in vocational high schools in Indonesia.The State Vocational High School (SMK Negeri) 2 Kalianda, South Lampung, lacked facilities and human resources that can support students success. It also lacked the motivation to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This phenomenon is interesting to explore. This research aimed to illustrate the strategic management of the school. The research was an interpretive paradigm by employing the descriptive qualitative method. The research data were obtained from the principal, curriculum representatives, teachers, education personnel, and school committees. The data collecting techniques employed were observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research, it was found that (1) the strategic formulation done by SMK Negeri 2 Kaliandaconsisted of vision and mission, SWOT analysis, short, medium and long term planning, as well as determining strategic superiority that can be categorized as good, but the development of educational facilities (infrastructure) still needs to be optimized. 2) Strategic implementation was ineffective, especially in utilizing information systems and linking employee competencies with educational institutions performance. Those problems were causedby the mismatch between work performancesandthe roles, considering the limited allocation and operations. 3) Strategic evaluation can be categorized as reasonably good, which covered monitoring the results of strategic planning and implementation, measuring individual and school performance, and determining improvement steps.
Pelayanan pendidikan adalah bagian dari berbagai faktor yang ikut menentukan kesuksesan mahasiswa menyelesaikan serangkaian proses akademik secara tepat waktu di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Berbagai keluhan diungkapkan mahasiswa terkait dengan pelayanan akademik, hal ini menjadi alasan penting dan menarik untuk diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan capaian kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan jasa akademik pada program studi MPI Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN raden Intan Lampung. Kualitas pelayanan dalam penelitian ini diukur rmelalui SERVQUAL dengan lima aspek kulitas, yaitu reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan tangible. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan mengukur presentase ketercapaian setiap dimensi kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pencapaian pada dimensi tangibles sebesar 65%, pencapaian pada dimensi reliability sebesar 73,75%, pencapaian pada dimensi responsiveness sebesar 63%, pencapaian pada dimensi assurance sebesar 68%, dan pencapaian pada dimensi empathy sebesar 68%. Dengan kata lain, tingkat kepuasan pelanggan/mahasiswa, secara umum baru berada pada kategori sedang/cukup. This study aimed to know the waqf management and asset empowerment of waqf boarding school in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda. Also, it aimed to know the main obstacles in the implementation of management functions in the management of waqf boarding school in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda. This research was qualitative research with descriptive approach based on case studies. The data weretaken from the leader of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7, YPPWPM management, teachers and the management of Gontor organization. This study used observation, interviews and documentation as data collection tools. Then, the data that had been collected was analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the development of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda could be separated from the role of waqf management, starting from the waqf of infrastructure facilities, waqf of business unit and waqf from the teachers in Gontor. They did not belong to individuals but to the people, which has been donated to the boarding school. Therefore, Gontor had a rapid development because of its waqf. TheresultsofthisstudyareacademicsupervisionoftheMadrasahPrincipal, organizationalclimate,andteachers work motivation togetherprovedtohave appositive andsignificanteffecton theperformanceofMAteacherswith a contributionof62.4%. Partially, teacherworkmotivationmostdominantlyaffects teacherperformance.
