The impedance of 5 virgin faces of single crystal RuO2 was measured over the frequency range of 1-106Hz, in three electrolytes--10-~M and 1M Na2SO4 and 10-3M KF. The fastest relaxing capacitive element was identified, and its values measured as a function of the electrode potential. A maj or contribution to this capacitance is due to the double layer capacitance. The potential of zero charge in 10-3M NasSO4 was measured for the five crystalline faces. The variations of the potential of zero charge with the crystalline faces are small. "Average" value is (-0.09 -+ 0.
Rare electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensors have been developed based on the direct regulation of ionic current because it was difficult to establish a relationship between ionic current and ECL reporting. Ionic...
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
