A dynamics model of the tracked vehicle was constructed based on RecurDyn, an analysis software of multibody dynamics. The modeling principle of the road was introduced, and the road models were constructed. Then the dynamic analysis of the tracked vehicle under the actual conditions was introduced.Simulations of the tracked vehicle on the hard road and the dry sand road were implemented respectively. The results of the simulations were analyzed and discussed. Mechanics performances of the important parts of the tracked vehicle was obtained, which provided a real external condition to the analysis of the planetary gear train.
Non-ferrous metals play an important role in the national economy, and more and more attention has been paid to their efficient large-scale production. However, the non-ferrous metal production plant environment is bad, the ingot line vibration is violent, the surface of the metal solution also has strong reflective, these adverse factors lead to the automatic detection of the level measurement process in the non-ferrous metal production is very difficult, have to retain a large number of manual links. In order to solve the above problems, an automatic measurement system of non-ferrous metal solution level based on structured light triangulation is established. The system adopts filtering algorithm based on statistics to suppress the adverse effect of ingot line vibration on measurement. At the same time, by increasing the Angle between the optical axis of the camera and the laser plane, the influence of the strong reflection of the solution surface on the measurement can be reduced. The relative error of the system can be controlled within 1.3%, which can meet the actual measurement demand in engineering.
Bases on the virtual prototyping technology, a CAX integrated analysis environment in the PC platform is built. By the CAX, a simulation model of crankshaft system of internal combustion engine is built .The model is then used to analyze the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of some type crankshaft system. Through comparing the data of simulation result with that of classic literature, the virtual prototyping technology model is testified to reasonable and accurate. Then the real-time boundary load is achieved when the crankshaft is considered as flexible to simulate. Further more a transient dynamic response analysis is done on the crankshaft, its stress and deformation in the work cycle is gotten, then its dangerous part is also achieved. The simulation result provides a theory reference and basis for the crankshaft optimum design.
