This study discusses career women in the view of the Koran. This study focuses its study on the description of the conception of career women, its relation in the view of the Qur'an. The source of data in this study was obtained from the holy book of the Qur'an and several other sources in the form of supporting and comparison references in accordance with the research theme. This research is library research using a qualitative approach, which is trying to describe a variable, symptom or situation. The results of this paper show that Islam is a religion that is very flexible and understands women, where a career for women is okay as long as it does not go out of the corridor of Islamic teachings, namely avoiding things that are jahiliyyah such as mixing with men. foreigners (ikhtilath), showing off their genitals (tabarruj), softening the voice with the intention of attracting men's hearts, and being alone (khalwat) with non-muhrim which can cause slander. Then in its implementation, it must obtain the permission of parents (if not married) or husband, and maintain their views (ghadhdh al-bashar) and for reasons that do not conflict with Islamic teachings.
This research is motivated by student dissatisfaction with academic services, who are often dissatisfied with the academic services provided, such as facilities and staff performance that are not in line with the expectations of students as customers. This study aims to provide an overview of academic service management in building student satisfaction which includes: (1) Planning; (2) Implementation; (3) Evaluation; (4) Results and achievements; (5) Supporting factors; (6) Inhibiting factors; (7) Hope; (8) Solution. This research method used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and case study design, in the process by observation, interviews and documentation. The management theory appropriate for the service is the modern management theory. Terry. G. clarifies these management functions in four parts, namely as follows: planning (Planning), organizing (Organizing), actuating, and controlling (Controlling). The results of the study show that there was a different understanding and implementations where STAI Al Musaddadiyah established the process of academic services in the expanding student’s satisfaction which was supported by an academic service information system, STAI Darul Arqam was supported by an integrated program from the centre, a program of learning supports STAI Persis. All components, policymakers, authorities, and interested parties were required to support the realization of good quality academic services. The achievement of quality academic services would build creative, innovative, productive resources and had the value of independence to build self-potential in creating a quality culture in private Islamic religious colleges
This research is aiming at analyzing the use of Arabic loan words in Indonesian language and conducting contrastive analysis between the two languages for the purpose of making teaching materials. To this end, the researcher used descriptive, analytic, and survey-based method. In so doing, the researcher identifies, classifies, and describes all that related to Arabic loan words in Indonesian language. The researcher then analyzes them in terms of phonetic, morphology, and semantic. Likewise, the researcher uses contrastive method to analyze the differences between Arabic and Indonesian language in all linguistic levels and to predict difficulties that Indonesian students might face in learning Arabic. This research concludes that Arabic loan words in Indonesian language make learning Arabic easier for Indonesian students. Accordingly, Arabic loan words should be considered in devising Arabic learning materials. It also discovers that the best method to make Arabic learning materials for Indonesian students should be based on scientific processes, that is by devising Arabic teaching materials which is purposely designed for non-Arabic speakers. Similarly, the contrastive method also ends up in conclusion that the employment of Arabic loan words makes Arabic learning processes easier. This research recommends the use of Arabic loan words available in Indonesian language when designing learning materials. By doing so, students can easily make linguistic associations and finally understand learning subjects with easy.
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh masalah yang di alami oleh para peserta didik di kelas VIII MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang masih di bawah KKM khususnya pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih. Maka dari itu di adakannya penelitian ini tentang Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas VIII MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Kuantitatif eksperimen. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw memberikan peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswayang signifikan dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar di kelas kontrol, dapat dilihat dari data hasil observasi guru yang presentasenya 80,00% dan siswa 84,15% yang terinterpretasi baik sekali dan dari hasil data pretest dan postest baik kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol. Nilai rata-rata pretest pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 67,00 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yairu 77,00. Setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen meningkat yaitu 89,00 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah 80,00. Dari hasil pretest ke hasil posttest kelas eksperimen terdapat peningkatan sebanyak 33% dan posttest kelas kontrol hanya mengalami peningkatan 15%.
