This study is to analyze the influence of: commitment of organizational on employee performance, motivation of work on employee performance, ability of work on employee performance, environment of work on employee performance, and commitment of organizational, motivation of work, ability of work, and environment of work on employee performance. This type of research includes quantitative research. The population of research is PT. AEI employee of permanent as many as 154. The technique of the sampling used samples of saturated, respondents of this research were 154 respondents. Data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SPSS. The research of the results are: commitment of organizational has a significant influence on performance of employee, motivation of work has a significant influence on performance of employee, ability of work has a significant influence on performance of employee, and the environment of work has a significant influence on performance of employee. The results of the research simultaneously show that all of variables have significant influence on employee performance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, komunikasi, budaya organisasi dan pelatihan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Aawal Bros Batam. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 153 perawat. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji R2. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu pengukuran data statistik obyektif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, komunikasi, budaya organisasi, dan training secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam, hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0.00 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi, komunikasi,budaya organisasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam, hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0.00 untuk kompetensi, komunikasi, pelatihan dan nilai signifikan 0.025 untuk budaya organisasi.
Background: SARS-CoV-2 caused COVID-19. The Indonesian government introduced a distance-learning policy in mid-March 2020. Online learning is education that takes place over the internet and can be conducted in the home. Parents have to accompany their children many times at home, and it was impacted parent stress. Purpose: to know the relationship of study from home and parents stress level when they accompany their children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: This study was descriptive correlational research with a cross-sectional approach. The total respondents were sixty-six parents of students at SD Kreatif Muhammadiyah Gombong. They were recruited as respondents by random sampling technique. The structured instrument in this study was LORI and PSS-10. Result: From sixty-six respondents there were sixty-two women (93.9%), sixty-one aged 25-45 years old (92,4%), thirty-six had higher education background (54.5%), twenty-six were housewife (39.4%). A number of thirty-one respondents were at an adequate level (47%) when they accompanied their children to study at home, and fourth-one respondents were in high levels (62.1%). Analysis data used the Spearmen rank test, and it showed a relationship between both variables (p-value = 0.035 < 0.05). Conclusion: There was a relationship between study from home and parents stress level. Recommendation: This resulting study can be a reference for the parent who has students studying at home. The parent can also give motivation regularly, and it may improve children’ performance. Besides on the parent should have coping strategies to solve all problems.
For babies aged 0 to 6 months, the best food is mother's milk. Mothers who do not exclusively breastfeed are at risk of bleeding and breast cancer. Likewise, babies who are not exclusively breastfed are more susceptible to illnesses like fever, cough, runny nose, and diarrhea. The purpose of community service is the establishment of “Kampoeng ASI” in Jatimulyo Village. This program method entails the training and mentoring of ASI cadres (basic communication, counseling, exclusive breastfeeding, and proper breastfeeding techniques) for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. A pre-post test was used to assess ASI cadres' knowledge. The results revealed an increase in Jatimulyo ASI cadres' knowledge and ability in communication, breastfeeding counseling, and breastfeeding practices. The plan for this activity's follow-up is for ASI cadres to participate in breastfeeding campaigns with villages and puskesmas on a regular basis. The establishment of "Kampoeng ASI" resulted in the selection of 15 ASI cadres as well as the availability of breastfeeding counseling media.
Nursing policy makers should read this research because nurses' empathy in patient care is strongly influenced by many factors, including organizational justice. Several previous research results have carried out this research. Even so, a firm answer is needed about whether empathy is influenced by organizational justice more comprehensively in its dimensions. Objective to determine the effect of multidimensional organizational justice on nurse empathy. This study uses a quantitative survey research method with a cross-sectional study approach with a sample of 126 nurse respondents. The sample used is purposive sampling. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling SEM AMOS 22.00. The results of the analysis p = 0.026, accepted, meaning that the procedural justice variable has a significant effect on empathy. The results of the analysis obtained that the value of p = 0.033, n is accepted, meaning that the Distributive Justice variable has a significant effect on empathy. The results of the analysis obtained the p*** value, accepted, meaning that the Interpersonal Justice variable had a significant effect on empathy. 4) The results of the analysis obtained that the value of p = 0.8 was rejected, meaning that there was no influence of Informational Justice on Empathy. Three dimensions of justice have an effect on empathy while informational justice has no effect on empathy
