Diabetes mellitus is a disease caused by declining levels of insulin that is characterized by increased blood sugar levels that can cause some chronic diseases in some organs of the body. The problem in this case study is the non-compliance diet in diabetes mellitus type 2 patients. Non-compliance diet is the behavior of a person who does not follow the recommended diet by a physician or other health worker who can cause treatment results is not to be ineffective. This research aims to get an overview of the implementation of nursing health education in Diabetes mellitus type II patients with dieting problems. This method type of research is narrative in the form of literature studies. The article criteria/research results used in this study consist of 6 (six) articles/research results published online between 2015-2019. The articles/results of such studies are available in full text for researchers to use as data for analysis. The result this research is based on the results of previous research obtained and articles as a reference to literature study there is a way to reduce the problem of dietary disobedience in patients with type II of DM, one of them using the implementation of health education nursing. Health education is needed because DM disease is a lifestyle-related disease that needs an increase in knowledge to change lifestyles. Therefore, it is gained that knowledge is very influential about the diet adherence to DM patients type II and health education is the proper implementation to solve the problem.
The Covid-19 pandemic increases the complexity of implementing nursing clinic practices fluctuating. Clinical-stage learning outcomes are strongly influenced by online learning methods at the academic stage which preparing students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes before treating patients positively. In fact, preparation in academic stage is feared, because it can affect the formation of student professionalism. Many studies have revealed students' problems during clinical education, but information relating to student experience during clinical nursing practice is still very limited. This research aims to identify and explore the experience of nursing students in caring for Covid-19 patients during the nursing clinic. Qualitative research with phenomenological approaches and data collection using in-depth interviews have been implemented in this study. Participants are nursing students who have participated in nursing clinic practices during the Covid-19 pandemic, numbering 14 participants. Participants ‘exposure was done with purposive sampling techniques. Researchers are research instruments using in-depth interview guidelines and voice recording devices. Trustworthiness efforts are made by conducting peer debriefing and member checking. The data were analyzed with Colaizzi's method and resulted in three main themes: gaining valuable experience during treatment, as a role model, and empathy for patients.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, there are a series of direct skills skills for nursing students. Changes in the learning force can have an impact on the faces of students and their learning achievements. This research became the learning of psychomotor skills through online methods of student perspective. This qualitative research exists in a phenomenological way, which is capable of five student participants who are circling semi-class questions. The images are shaped, then analyzed using Colaizzi's way of forming seven themes. Formulation of themes: beautiful at the beginning of online learning, character role of reason, tasks that are city, real practical expectations, loss in learning learning, self-learning. The results of subdistrict research, the root in learning psychomotor skills online way is a large loan for education providers for reconstruction systems centered on students and independent students. People's mental health problems often do not get adequate attention so that they have an impact on the deterioration of the quality of life. It is necessary to increase public awareness of the importance of mental health, but the steps to equalize public perception are still very limited. This service activity aims to equalize understanding of the urgency of maintaining mental health through the application of discussion methods. The discussion, which was attended by 23 participants, covered the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The preparation stage has involved various parties, from the neighborhood level to the sub-district level, community leaders, religious leaders and community groups. At the implementation stage, the discussion begins with brainstorming, explanations about mental health and the preparation of the organizational structure of the mental health post. The residents seemed enthusiastic, accompanied by the support of policy makers and the coordination of related parties. At the evaluation stage, participants' understanding of the importance of mental health increased and commitments and work programs were agreed upon to support the establishment of mental health posts. This activity has implications for improving the mental health condition of the community through community empowerment by solving community mental health problems collectively.
