Background With the global aging problem is becoming increasingly severe, the elderly care has become an important issue that needs attention. Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of medical and health care institutions, and is committed to improving the comprehensive quality of elderly rehabilitation nursing staff in medical and health care institutions. Methods From June to September 2019, a cross-sectional study among 193 elderly rehabilitation nursing staff was conducted in Liaoning Province, China. Using a self-designed questionnaire, the comprehensive quality of elderly rehabilitation nursing staff in medical and health care institutions was investigated by face to face. The multiple linear regression model was explored to analyze the influencing factors. Results A total of 193 questionnaires were distributed, and 189 (97.93%) valid questionnaires were recovered. Age was from 19 to 65 years old, with an average age of (38.34 ± 9.76) years old. Bachelor degree or above accounted for 54.00%. 57.10% have engaged in elderly rehabilitation nursing for more than one year. There were 163 nurses with qualification certificates, accounting for 86.20%. The total score of comprehensive quality was 118.52 ± 22.90. The total Cronbach ' s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.967, and the content validity index was 0.991. Only 61 (32.30%) elderly rehabilitation nurses received professional training in elderly rehabilitation nursing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the educational level of elderly rehabilitation nursing staff (P = 0.002) and the number of years engaged in elderly rehabilitation nursing (P = 0.005) were the main influencing factors of comprehensive quality. Conclusions The comprehensive quality of elderly rehabilitation nursing staff is at a medium level in Liaoning Province's medical and health care institutions. However, the professional nursing talents were very short, and the education level and years of experience in elderly care were the main influencing factors of the comprehensive quality.
Under the conditions of drought, cracks are likely to appear in loess due to shrinkage, which leads to salt precipitation and accumulation on the surface of loess. Therefore, salinized lands are created in loess areas. Deep study into the influence of soluble salt content on the cracking characteristics and mechanism of loess is of great significance to engineering constructions, geological problems, and disaster prevention for salinized lands in loess regions. In this paper, free desiccation experiments were carried out on the loess samples with different NaCl concentrations (a soluble salt). A high-resolution digital camera was used to obtain the sequence images of loess during the drying process. With the advantage of digital image correlation (DIC) technology and the non-contact full-field strain measurement method, the local displacement and strain on the surface of loess samples were calculated. The microstructure and main elements distribution of loess samples were obtained by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectrum (EDS) methods. Finally, the influence of NaCl concentrations on cracking characteristics and mechanism of loess was analyzed. The results show that, with the increase in NaCl concentration, the evaporation rate of loess samples decreased and the residual water content increased. The NaCl content can prevent the development of desiccation cracks in loess.
In order to protect the physical and mental health of teachers and explore the factors hindering teachers' normal medical treatment, a series of educational reforms such as the "double reduction" policy have further increased the burden on primary and secondary school teachers, using spss for descriptive statistics, constructing a structural equation model based on deconstructed planning behavior (DTPB) theory, and targeting the shortcomings of the traditional kmeans clustering algorithm. The kmeans++ algorithm based on compound distance is proposed, and the initial value selection is optimized, which has a better clustering effect, and further extracts the characteristics of the teacher group who have not gone to the doctor, and the research conclusion shows that the perfect performance management policy and system support of the school is the biggest driving force for medical treatment, and the game of health benefits and cost expenditures in cognitive demand is the biggest resistance to the treatment of chronic diseases; based on this, it is necessary to adhere to the dual line of policy care and institutional guarantee, and carry out the reform of the teaching system. Form a teaching management and teaching team that is compatible with the environment.
Loess is a special soil with high water sensitivity, which covers a large area in northwest China. Cracks are prone to generate in loess under the arid and semi-arid climate, which will provide the preferential channel for water and reduce the mechanical properties of soils. It is of great significance to understand the evolution characteristics and mechanisms of the cracks in loess areas. At present, the researches on cracks in soils are mainly concentrated in the characteristics of different cracking patterns. However, the spacing cracks are mostly discussed in materials like rock and concrete, rather than soils. The cracking characteristics and mechanisms of spacing cracks in loess is still inadequate. In this research, the drying tests of loess are carried out with different sizes of specimens. The parameters of spacing cracks and local strain distributions of the loess samples are obtained via PCAS and DIC methods during desiccation, respectively. The cracking modes, space cracking laws like insertion and saturation of spacing cracks are revealed. Finally, the size effect on the characteristics of spacing cracks is verified with a discrete element software MatDEM.
