The article reveals the key perspectives of the post-war recovery of tourism in Ukraine. It has been established that 2022 has become another test for the field of tourism in Ukraine. Despite the losses suffered by the Ukrainian tourism sector due to the war, the amount of the tourist tax for the first half of 2022 amounted to UAH 8,904,200, which is almost 28.8% more than in the same period of 2021, when the budget received UAH 69,453,000 UAH. The largest increase in the first half of 2022 was recorded in seven regions, six of them in Western Ukraine. It was found that the main challenges of tourism in Ukraine are: lack of tourist flow to Ukraine; outflow of investments from the Ukrainian tourism sector; high risk of staying in many parts of the country; severe destruction of tourist infrastructure, historical buildings, museums, theaters, etc.; lack of information about the state of tourist facilities in different cities and regions of Ukraine; limited network of tourist information; outdated system of classification of hotels and other accommodation establishments; there is no automated system for collecting tourism statistics to assess the state of the sphere, the scope of the sphere's revenues and losses, the potential for national policy formation; absence of flights in the airspace of Ukraine, etc. It has been determined that the key opportunities for tourism in Ukraine are: using the international information arena, which is currently overflowing with news about Ukraine, to highlight the current situation and highlight the post-war tourism potential of the country; development of a communication strategy with a focus on the international market; creation of a new positive image of the country; creation of mechanisms and conditions for investment attraction; engaging stakeholders in the development of digital tools on the ground, especially for operational data collection; creation of the Tourism Industry Support Fund (especially in Ukraine), etc. To ensure the post-war restoration of tourism in Ukraine, it is advisable to: carry out the reconstruction of the tourist infrastructure; promote the development of domestic and inbound tourism; to provide institutional support for subjects of tourist activity and further development of the tourist business.
The aim of the article is to establish the peculiarities of existing obstacles and promising directions of online education system d evelopment in the context of military conflicts of the present. The research is based on the results of the study of scientific literature in the field of online education during war and the study of practical aspects of this issue. The analytical and bibliographic method was used to conduct the study by studying the scientific literature on the issues of online education in higher education during martial law. An online questionnaire survey of the heads of departments of higher education institutions working with students during military conflicts in the territory of the HEIs was also used. As the heads of departments of higher education noted in their responses, the main obstacles to the development of online education are the lack of development and implementation of educational online platforms, the low rate and quality of creation or adaptation of information technology and e-learning tools. The participants of the survey identified promising areas of development of online learning in higher education during military operations: updating of software and hardware, providing higher education institutions with quality Internet access and distance learning, taking into account current trends in information and educational technologies.
The article is devoted to the improvement of professional training of masters of vocational education by increasing the effectiveness of pedagogical management in higher education institutions. The relevance of the study is due to the need to train highly qualified specialists of the new generation, which is impossible without the organization of competent pedagogical management.The purpose of the article is to develop ways to solve the problems of pedagogical management, which complicate the professional training of masters of vocational education. To achieve this goal, the study solved a number of tasks: the role of pedagogical management in the professional training of masters of vocational education was determined, the foreign experience of pedagogical management in higher education institutions and the peculiarities of its organization in domestic educational institutions were analyzed, the problems of pedagogical management in the content of professional training of masters of vocational education were identified and ways to solve them were proposed.The study used general scientific methods of cognition. The current state of organization of pedagogical management in foreign and domestic higher education institutions is determined by the method of critical analysis. The problems of pedagogical management, which complicate the professional training of masters of vocational education, were identified in the process of synthesis of information. Ways to solve these problems are found by methods of induction and deduction.According to the results of the study, it was found that the success of professional training of masters of vocational education depends on competent pedagogical management, but its organization in higher education institutions of Ukraine is complicated by a number of problems: ineffective interaction with enterprises, which makes it impossible for masters to obtain practical skills, unpreparedness of masters for a large amount of research work, inconsistency of curricula with modern requirements, limited powers of middle managers, low level of management training.The solution to these problems requires the creation of career centers, establishing close cooperation with enterprises, changing the conditions for admission to the master's program, reorienting master's programs from passive forms of education to more practical, expanding the powers of middle managers, mandatory courses for the formation and improvement of managerial competencies of managers of higher education institutions, providing higher education institutions with autonomy in terms of managing their own funds.The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the results obtained in the process of developing a methodology for organizing pedagogical management in higher education institutions in the preparation of masters of vocational education.
У статті представлено наукову позицію авторів щодо базових характеристик подієвого туризму. Увага до даного виду спеціалізованого туризму викликана такими факторами як, по-перше, зростання кількості подорожуючих з метою участі або споглядання певного заходу, по-друге, властивостями даного явища, яке дозволяє збільшити кількість туристичних прибуттів та витрат, подолати традиційні для туризму сезонні коливання; сформувати позитивний імідж туристичної дестинації і досягти економічного процвітання навіть за відсутності туристичних ресурсів, по-третє, зацікавленістю громадськості в розвитку подієвого туризму в Україні. Встановлено, що наявні дослідження даного феномену у більшості випадків присвячені опису успішних івентів чи дестинацій, які ефективно розвиваються за рахунок подієвого туризму. Натомість сутність та базові характеристики поняття залишаються дискусійними. Подієвий туризм також ще називають івент-туризмом, івентивним туризмом та event-туризмом, оскільки «подія» в англійській мові – event, в українській транслітерації – івент. Подієвий туризм виступає одночасно інструментом мотивації туриста та розвитку дестинації, процесом споживання туристичної послуги, властивістю подорожі та спеціалізованим видом туризму і класифікується за масштабом та тематикою події, цілями та професійними напрямками, складом учасників та типом організаторів. Результатом неоднорідності даного явища є формування окремих сегментів споживачів кожного з підвидів подієвого туризму не лише за типом події (спортивна, мистецька, політична, релігійна та ін.), але й за її масштабністю (глобальні, регіональні, місцеві) та іншими характеристиками. Відповідно, потреби та очікування споживачів кожного з типів івент-турів відрізняються, як і можливості дестинації організувати ту чи іншу подію. Звідси, подієвий туризм забезпечує ефективний розвиток туристичної дестинації лише в тому випадку, коли вірно визначено її туристичний потенціал, пропозицію (івентивний портфель) сформовано відповідно до потреб споживача і проведено велику маркетингову роботу до залученню туристів.
