Education, knowledge, information and communication form the basis for the professional development, initiative and well-being of the individual. The rapid progress of these technologies creates completely new oppotunities for achieving higher levels of development. The purpose of the article is to analyze how the modernization of education can affect the professional training of students. The authors analyzed the trends in the modernization of education, characterized the changes in the professional training of students, and also conducted a survey among the teaching staff and employers to determine what changes, from their point of view, should be supported; to enhance the methodological foundations of the professional and pedagogical training of a specialist. The authors proposed a method for the prospective assessment of changes in the professional training of university students in the context of education modernization, consisting of five stages. In the article, the authors presented a fragment of the approbation of this technique at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. Based on the study, the authors made a forecast of trends in changes in the professional training of university students in the context of education modernization. Additionally, the authors identified and ranked the most likely social effects and risks as a result of the transformation of students' professional training.
The purpose of the survey is to identify the need for Web 3.0-technologies in distance education among higher education seekers initial level (short cycle), first (bachelor's) level, second (master's) level, third (educational-scientific/educational-creative) level, scientific level among 438 applicants for higher education. Features (open source software (OSS) for developing, sharing and configuring programs for global use and application, built-in algorithms for analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data) and the benefits of Web 3.0 in higher education (the ability to organize collaboration on a social network, encourage globalization, improve data management, stimulate creativity and innovation, support the availability of mobile Internet). The correlation between the functions of Web 3.0-technologies in distance education and learning outcomes at all levels of higher education is established. Intelligence indicates a lack of comprehensive scientific research in the relevant field. The practical significance of the results of intelligence lies in the correlation of the functions of Web 3.0-technologies in distance education and learning outcomes at all levels of higher education.
Впровадження Веб 2.0 та пов’язаних з ним цифрових інструментів і технологій у систему освіти значно впливає на комунікацію, інформаційну та медійну грамотність студентів, наукові та дослідні проєкти, діяльність бібліотеки закладу освіти та ін. Мета наукової статті – оцінити вплив впровадження медіа в діяльність наукової бібліотеки закладу вищої освіти. Методологія дослідження – це концепції, методи та процедури для ефективного впровадження первинних і вторинних даних для проведення дослідження без особливих зусиль. Соціальні медіа відіграють життєво важливу роль у формуванні вищої освіти. Водночас бібліотеки закладів освіти повинні адаптуватися до нової освітньої тенденції, щоб викладачі та студенти могли скористатися її перевагами.
