to establish the integrated effect of training sessions using elements of aqua fitness and interval hypoxic training on the special physical fitness of swimmers. Material:young swimmers participated in the study (n = 64, age 11-12, sporting experience -2-3 years). The research was carried out in stages: before the experiment began, and then in 8, 16 and 24 weeks later. Frequency of classes in all groups was 6 times a week. Results:the ability to work in anaerobic alactatic, lactate and aerobic energy supply zones was studied. It was established that such training sessions help to improve the performance and capacity of the anaerobic alactatious system. The feasibility of such combination is proved by the growth of performance indicators in areas of aerobic, anaerobic alactatic and lactate energy supply. Conclusions:The feasibility of such training sessions is explained by: minimizing the negative impact on the children's body of exercises on the development of force in conditions of the aquatic environment; improving the functional capabilities of the body.
Abstract. Purpose: substantiation of purposefulness of complex aqua-fitness training and methodic of endogenoushypoxic breathing's application for improvement of women's functional fitness. Material: in the research 13 women of control group and 12 women of experimental one, who had never trained aqua-fitness earlier, participated. (Their age was 37-49 years old). Results: during 24 weeks, at different stages of the research (after 8, 16 and 24 weeks from the beginning of trainings by the worked out program) we determined indicators of power (maximal oxygen consumption) and capacity (threshold of anaerobic metabolism), which characterize aerobic processes of energy supply. Conclusions: it was proved that complex application of aqua-fitness trainings in combination with methodic of endogenous-hypoxic breathing is effective. It is witnessed by acceleration of increment of absolute and relative indicators of workability, maximal oxygen consumption and threshold of anaerobic metabolism.
To establish the complex influence of aqua fitness exercises and endogenous-hypoxic breathing techniques on the physical preparedness of women 30-49 years old. Material: The study involved 41 women who had no previous experience of systematic physical education. 2 groups were formed: MG1 (n = 20, age 30-36 years old); MG2 (n = 210, age 37-49 years old). The experiment lasted for 24 weeks. At classes, aqua fitness was applied to the method of endogenous-hypoxic respiration. At the various stages of the study (8, 16 and 24 weeks) it was examined physical preparedness of women. Frequency of classes was 3 times a week. Results: Indicated in the need for dosage loading, taking into account the age factor and the level of physical and functional preparedness of women. It was established that classes contribute to improvement: explosive force; active flexibility of the spine; force dynamic endurance of the muscles of the lower extremities; speedstrength endurance of muscles of the abdominal press; power static endurance of muscles of the back, neck and buttock muscles; overall endurance. Conclusions: Aqua fitness exercises together with the endogenous-hypoxic respiration method contribute to the improvement of the physical fitness of mature women. For women of 30-36 years old, improvements in physical fitness were reported earlier compared with older women.
to establish standards for the assessment of the aerobic and anaerobic productivity of the body of youth aged 17-19 years old of the Podilsk region. Material: The study involved students (n = 799-girls, n = 668-boys). All students study at Higher Education Institutions of Vinnytsia (Ukraine) and live within Podilsk region. Students belong to the main medical group and have not been engaged in sports for the last 5 years. Results: the criteria for evaluating the aerobic and anaerobic productivity of the organism of the youth of Podilsk region have been developed. The comparison of the individual values of students of Podilsk region with the standards of functional preparedness is carried out. The approaches to constructing an individual profile of students' functional readiness are determined. The profile visually distinguishes the sides of functional readiness, which require correction. Conclusions: Standards for functional readiness need to be updated. New standards should be developed on the basis of the average of the indicator obtained as a result of the survey of a large number of persons of a uniform contingent. The gradation of standards is set within the range of the mean square deviation.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
