Penggunaan teknologi pendidikan di kelas dimaksudkan untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih efektif, efisien, dan bermakna dalam kehidupan siswa. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengimplementasikan pembelajaran blanded learning di SD Negeri Kemeuneng Hulu. Penelitian ini merupakan study lapangan dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif.deskriptif yang berjenis study kasus.  Apa yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru di SD Negeri Kemeuneng Hulu dalam menerapkan pembelajaran blanded learning  sudah  sesuai dengan konsep blanded learning itu sendiri dimana  siswa harus mampu belajar secara mandiri. Berdasarkan komponen yang ada dalam Blended Blended e-learning maka teori belajar yang mendasari model pembelajaran tersebut adalah teori belajar Konstuktivisme (individual learning). Implementasi dalam pembelajaran Blended Learning dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh SD N Keumuneng Hulu meliputi ; Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi.

This study aims to analyze: (1) Clarity of information in implementing the garden circle communication in improving the performance employees, (2) Situation of garden circle communication environment is carried out in improving the performance employees. (3) Communicator manners communicate with employees in improving the performance employees, and (4) Implementation of Islamic communication principles in the garden circle in improving the performance employees. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research subjects include managers, security personnel, assistants, foremen and implementing employees at Nusantara II and III Plantations on garden circle activities. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Hubermen model technique. The results showed that the circle of the garden provides clarity of information, creates a conducive communication environment situation and shows manners in communication, and uses the principles of Islamic communication in the implementation of the garden circle. Thus the communication around the garden is quite effective in improving the performance of employees of Nusantara II Bandar Kliffa and PTPN III Sei Putih Plantations.

This research aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning models on science process skills and higher order thinking skills on the theme of heat and its displacement in grade V SD Negeri 104260 Melati. The research instrument included observation of science process skills and tests of higher order thinking skills. This study uses the analysis of the Independent Sample Test (t test).The average value of science process skills in the guided inquiry class was 81.62 and the direct instruction learning model class was 79.02. A significant influence on students' science process skills in the learning process on the theme of heat and its displacement, with a score of tcount (2.384)> ttable (2.004) for n = 56, α = 0.05 and sig. 2 tailed (0.021) <α = 0.05, so that H₀rejected. then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. The average value of high-order thinking skills in the guided inquiry class is 75.57 and in the class of direct instruction learning model. A total of 67.43. The results of the analysis of high-order thinking skills have tcount (3.597)> ttable (2.004) for n = 56, α = 0.05 and sig. 2 tailed (0.001) <α = 0.05, so that H₀rejected and Ha accepted. Guided inquiry learning model affects science process skills and high-order thinking skills of students on the theme of heat and its displacement in grade V SD Negeri 104260 Melati.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui budaya melayu pada anak usia dini 4-6 tahun di PAUD Cendana Kec. Pantai Labu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tutor PAUD Cendana yang berjumlah 5 orang, penulis menjadikan tutor sebagai subjek karena mengingat usia anak yang berumur 4-6 tahun. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan langkah reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan kelompok belajar di PAUD Cendana kecamatan Pantai Labu baik dari pendidik/tutor maupun peserta didik telah mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya melayu seperti ; (1) Nilai religius, (2).Jujur, (3).Disiplin, (4).Mandiri, (5).Semangat kebangsaan dan cinta tanah air. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karekter melalui budaya melayu di PAUD Cendana Kecamatan Pantai Labu dinyatakan berhasil dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya melayu.

This research aims to produce authentic assessment instruments that are comprehensively packaged for students in primary schools. The subjects of this research are: (1) teachers; (2)students; and (3) seven expert validators. This research is conducted in fourth grade students of SDN 104202 and 106811 Bandar Setia. The used method is formative research and development focused on two stages, namely the preliminary and formative evaluation stage. The instruments used are expert validation questionnaires. The research results shows that the authentic assessment instrument is valid, has very high reliability, and gets average score of the competence is 88.03 or high categorized. Another finding shows that authentic assessment instruments can helped the teachers in measuring students' competence, namely: attitude, skill and knowledge, and also give the contribution in developing the students' character values.
