The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has brought unprecedented challenges to school education, but it has also brought new opportunities to online education. How to quickly switch from the traditional classroom to online live class, how to organize the construction and teaching implementation of online courses, how to make use of high-quality teaching resources to quickly build online courses, and how to guarantee the teaching quality of online courses are all urgent problems to be solved in the development of online teaching in the emergency period. Taking the construction and teaching of practical network technology as an example, this paper describes how to use the high quality training resources of cooperation between schools and enterprises to build a new type of online Blending Learning mode of course certificate fusion. As the goal of the course, the online video learning resource library is built by enterprise training video. Through students' online autonomous learning and knowledge point learning summary through the form of thinking map, teachers' online interactive live explanation, answering questions and evaluation at a fixed time can better control the teaching quality of the course, and carry out experimental operation training and consolidation exercises after class. From the current course operation, the course really realizes the student-centered learning, and the teaching effect is good.
In recent years, with the advancement of information and intelligence, the importance of network and information security is increasingly prominent, and it has been the focus of the government, education institutions and society on how to cultivate applied cybersecurity talents. However, due to the lack of practical application scenarios and effective practical teaching methods, the cultivation of network and information security talents in school does not match the social demand for applied talents. By setting up "Cybersecurity Technology Service Center", Wenzhou Polytechnic has built a cybersecurity talent cultivation ecosystem of college, government and enterprises with complementary advantages, demand docking and win-win cooperation, creating an environment for training applied network and information security talents. This paper explores the operation mode of the simultaneous development of technical services and talent training, assist customized talents training with localized technical services, and guarantee localized technical services with customized talents training, so as to promote professional skills flow from enterprises to schools and skilled talents flow from schools to enterprises in a two-way cycle. As a result, we should deepen the integration of industry and education, cultivate talents with dual cooperation, continuously optimize the ecology of talent training, and cultivate application-oriented cybersecurity talents with vocational education characteristics, who are in line with the post standards of enterprises.

Vocational and Technical colleges mainly train practical network security talents, but network security requires a solid foundation of IT knowledge, a wide range of knowledge, part of the course learning boring, students have no motivation to learn. Therefore, Information Security and Management teaching and research section of Wenzhou Polytechnic company with the related security vendor, explore a training Mode of network Security practical talent in Vocational and Technical College based on gamification and leveling up. the basic knowledge learning task in traditional courses, the security service projects from companies and the CTF (Capture The Flag) network security competition contents are converted to corresponding grade leveling task, students can obtain corresponding experience points after complete the tasks. When students get enough experience points and meet the certain requirements, they will level up and get the skills' badges. After the required skills badges are all obtained, the student can trade-in course credits and scores or get the corresponding enterprise certification. In the actual teaching practice, the students respond positively to the gamification and gradation learning mode inspired by the clear goal, and gets better learning effect.
