A continuous nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode (NFTSM) control scheme with the extended state observer (ESO) and the tracking differentiator (TD) is proposed for second-order uncertain SISO nonlinear systems. The system’s disturbances and states can be estimated by introducing the ESO, then the disturbances are compensated effectively, and the ideal transient process of the system can be arranged based on TD to provide the target tracking signal and its high-order derivatives. The proposed controller obtains finite-time convergence property and keeps good robustness of sliding mode control (SMC) for disturbances. Moreover, compared with conventional SMC, the proposed control law is continuous and no chattering phenomenon exists. The property of system stability is guaranteed by Lyapunov stability theory. The simulation results show that the proposed method can be employed to shorten the system reaching time, improve the system tracking precision, and suppress the system chattering and the input noise. The proposed control method is finally applied for the rotating control problem of theodolite servo system.
Abstract:In view of the existing electrical vibration monitoring traditional hydraulic pump vibration sensor, the high false alarm rate is susceptible to electromagnetic interference and is not easy to achieve long-term reliable monitoring, based on the design of a beam of the uniform strength structure of the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) vibration sensor. In this paper, based on the analysis of the vibration theory of the equal strength beam, the principle of FBG vibration tuning based on the equal intensity beam is derived. According to the practical application of the project, the structural dimensions of the equal strength beam are determined, and the optimization design of the vibrator is carried out. The finite element analysis of the sensor is carried out by ANSYS, and the first order resonant frequency is 94.739 Hz. The vibration test of the sensor is carried out by using the vibration frequency of 35 Hz and the vibration source of 50 Hz. The time domain and frequency domain analysis results of test data show that the sensor has good dynamic response characteristics, which can realize the accurate monitoring of the vibration frequency and meet the special requirements of vibration monitoring of hydraulic pump under specific environment.
Background: Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a group of hematological malignancies that may progress to acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Bioinformatics-based analysis of high-frequency mutation genes in MDS-related patients is still relatively rare, so we conducted our research to explore whether high-frequency mutation genes in MDS-related patients can play a reference role in clinical guidance and prognosis. Methods: Next generation sequencing (NGS) technology was used to detect 32 mutations in 64 MDSrelated patients. We classified the patients' genes and analyzed them by Gene Ontology (GO) analysis, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis, protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis, and then calculated the gene survival curve of high-frequency mutations. Results: We discovered 32 mutant genes such as ASXL1, DNMT3A, KRAS, NRAS, TP53, SF3B1, and SRSF2. The overall survival (OS) of these genes decreased significantly after DNMT3A, ASXL1, RUNX1, and U2AF1 occurred mutation. These genes play a significant role in biological processes, not only in MDS but also in the occurrence and development of other diseases. Through retrospective analysis, genes associated with MDS-related diseases were identified, and their effects on the disease were predicted. Conclusions: Thirty-two mutant genes were determined in MDS and when mutations occur in DNMT3A, ASXL1, RUNX1, and U2AF1, their survival time decreases significantly. This results providing a theoretical basis for clinical and scientific research and broadening the scope of research on MDS.
Nonlinear friction could affect the high-precision motion system, resulting in poor tracking accuracy in the end. This is due to the fact that the Lugre friction model’s parameter identification process comprises both static and dynamic parameter identification. The convolutional neural network (CNN) model is used in this study to create the friction identification system. We suggest a hybrid methodology that combines the CNN method and the classic least-squares technique. The convolutional layer (CONV), which is defined by a convolutional kernel, analyzes and extracts features from an input image. In terms of accuracy and convergence, the results reveal that the upgraded CNN friction model outperforms the original CNN friction model. You may successfully reduce the influence of friction on your system while improving its performance by applying the feedforward correction.
Abstract:In view of problems existing in the detection of the traditional hydraulic system, such as the large volume of sensor and the low measurement accuracy, a new one-piece target type flow sensor is designed and researched based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG). A compact structure is designed, which is convenient to be dismantled, processed, and installed, based on the analysis of the principle of FBG and the structure of target type flow sensor. The force of target put in fluid flow is turned into the FBG wavelength drift, with a corresponding relationship. The problem on the cross sensitivities of the temperature and strain is solved effectively by using double FBG symmetrically pasted on the both surfaces of the cantilever. The impact on the fluid state is analyzed through simulation in the software FLUENT, and the results show that the impact was smaller than that of the traditional structure. The results of experiments in the hydraulic system show that there is a good linear relationship between the change in the dual FBG central wavelength and mass loading on the target sheet has a good linear relationship, and the sensitivity is twice that of a single FBG sensitivity.
