Abstract-This paper introduced the advantages about the application of high water material in the filling mining under the combination of its actual situation of coal mine. These advantages included the fluidity, expansibility, strength of backfilling, initial investment of high water material and so on. The research results showed that high water material could control the surface subsidence effectively and liberate the coal resources under water, railway and building in a great extent. The success application of the high water material has certain social benefits and economic benefits, and even embodied the concept of "Green mining", meanwhile in response to strong call of harmonious mining ecological. The governers worked in the mine at all levels should spare no efforts to afflicate the application of high water material in the filling ming technology. As the coal resource decrease obviously, we should take some measures and methods to increase the rate of recovery.
The surface subsidence caused by underground coal seam mining is a time and space process and the development and change process of surface movement and deformation caused by mining subsidence is in accordance with biological growth law, this paper uses the characteristics of Verhulst model to carry out various processing of a few initial data to establish a grey differential equation model, obtains the time response model of surface movement and then uses the advantages of computer, such as high speed, strong repeatability and high operational precision, etc, to compile programs and input necessary initial data, thereby establishing the Verhulst model of surface movement of a certain point and simulating the time process of the surface point movement, and finally re-divides surface movement and deformation stage into 4 phases according to biological growth law and uses biological growth process to simulate the time process of surface movement, which is helpful to prevent the damage of mining subsidence to surface structure, protect ground facilities and reduce the economic losses caused by mining subsidence.
