This study aims to analyze the factors that affect income levels, estimate economic value, analyze financial feasibility and study alternative policies for the development of goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) cultivation in floating net cages in an effort to develop fishery potential in Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The sampling location is determined based on (purposive sampling). The method used in this research is a survey method. Determination of the population in the study using the Census method. Factors that significantly influence the income of goldfish cultivators (Cyprinus carpio) at the real level α = 5% are the yield (HP) kg / unit and the number of cages (JK) unit. The surplus value of goldfish cultivation producers (Cyprinus carpio) is IDR 42,102,269,258.00 / year. The results of the analysis of the financial feasibility value (NPV) of Rp. 77,136,617.10, - / unit for the volume of cages 6 x 6 x 4. Whereas for the volume of cages 6 x 8 x 4, it has a value (NPV) which is much greater than Rp. . 173,394,632.39, - / unit. The second value (NPV) is positive based on the criteria for a feasible business investment if the value (Net B / C) is greater than 1, the value (IRR) is the same as 12.00% for both cage size categories. The sensitivity analysis shows that the cultivation of goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) KJA in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Power Plant is more sensitive to changes in decreased production compared to changes in decreasing price of carp feed (Cyprinus carpio). Based on the Exponential Comparative Analysis (MPE), it is found that the best alternative development policies to be developed and implemented are capital strengthening and improvement of facilities and infrastructure related to fish cultivation development.
The environment is one of the factors that influence the breeding and life of the mosquito vector Ae. aegypti. Environmental factors that can influence consist of the physical environment, the biological environment and the social environment. People's habits that are detrimental to health and lack of attention to environmental hygiene are social environmental factors that can affect the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Policy for prevention and control of DHF in the form of prevention and control strategies for DHF according to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2017) is the control of vector-borne dengue by prioritize community empowerment efforts and community participation through the one house one jumantik movement. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method that aims to evaluate the input, process and output of the one house one jumantik movement in the city of Pekanbaru. The study was conducted in Pekanbaru City with the interviewees consisting of staff from the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Eradication Section of the Pekanbaru City Health Office, puskesmas officers, jumantik cadres and the community. The results showed that the implementation of the one house one jumantik movement in prevention and control of dengue fever in Pekanbaru City was still uneven due to lack of awareness and participation of human resources, especially policy makers and the community, the absence of written standard operating procedures, inaccurate reporting systems, limited infrastructure, no rewards and punishment, as well as limited funds and limited mobility due to the covid-19 pandemic. One of the things that supports the increase in ABJ is the availability of funds for the implementation of the one house one jumantik movement, especially the incentives for cadres who go down according to schedule so that cadres can actively carry out socialization, data collection and inspections to the community. The limited funds to support the one house one jumantik movement made this activity not run optimally. The activeness of cadres and the increase in ABJ are also in line with the decrease in dengue cases.

The problems that are often encountered in ecosystem restoration activities today are no longer just technical forestry issues such as planting and maintenance, but more importantly social issues as an important part of ecosystem restoration area management. Forest management must change from a physical definition to social interactions and spatial patterns so that the solutions taken must seek contextual efforts according to field conditions. Given the huge potential of the Kampar Peninsula ecosystem restoration area by PT. Sinar Mutiara Nusantara, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth analysis of environmental, social and economic conditions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the environmental, social and economic conditions of the Kampar Peninsula ecosystem restoration area by PT. Sinar Mutiara Nusantara. The environmental conditions observed consisted of land cover change data, vegetation and fauna data as well as mammals. While socio-economic data were obtained directly by observation (direct observation) and in-depth interviews with the people living around the concession and interacting with the IUPHHK-RE area of PT. Sinar Mutiara Nusantara in Pelalawan Regency. The results showed that the Kampar Peninsula ecosystem restoration area by PT. Sinar Mutiara Nusantara has high natural resources, as evidenced by the changing conditions of land cover, the potential for diverse vegetation and fauna and mammals. Not only environmental conditions, but socio-economic conditions which are also very closely related to environmental conditions in the Kampar Peninsula ecosystem restoration area by PT. The Best One United.
