Based on the Environmental Quality Index reported by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2017 the Environmental Quality Index rank of South Sumatra slipped to rank 20 nationally, wherein the previous year was ranked 16. Environmental performance was one of the factors in Environmental Quality Index. Most of the previous research on environmental performance and GHRM was carried out in the manufacturing industry analysis units, while other industrial fields have not been studied much including hospitals. In fact, the hospital is one of the business sectors that is quite related to the environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of GHRM which consists of the variables Green Recruitment and Selection (GRS), Green Training (GTR), and Green Compensation (GCO) partially or jointly on the performance of the hospital environment in Palembang City. The Grand Theory which is used in this research is Ecocentrism Theory and Triple Bottom Line. The population in this study were hospital employees at government hospitals in Palembang, totalling 2,270 people. By using the Slovin formula and the stratified proportional random sampling method, the number of samples who became respondents in this study was 248 people. This research is processed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that GRS, GTR, and GCO partially had a significant effect on environmental performance in hospitals in Palembang City. The results also show that GRS, GTR, and GCO together also have a significant effect on environmental performance.
Abstrak: Satu dari berbagai permasalahan UMKM Songket adalah kurangnya perhatian pada aspek kompetensi SDM dan literasi potensi ekonomi kreatif. Pengabdian pada masyarakat kepada UMKM Songket di Desa Muara Penimbung Ilir ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan peningkatan kompetensi SDM, diantaranya tentang ketenagakerjaan, rekrutmen, penetepan upah dan penilaian kinerja. Selain itu, diberikan penyuluhan tentang potensi UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif, khususnya subsektor fashion, yaitu songket. Adapun metode pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu metode pelatihan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan mitra, serta dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap usaha mitra. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari 25 orang pelaku UMKM Songket di Desa Muara Penimbung Ilir. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan 85% pemahaman mitra tentang manajemen SDM dan ekonomi kreatif dalam usahanya.Abstract: The most difficult problems of Songket SMEs is the lack of attention to human resource competence aspects and literacy of creative economy potential. This community service to the Songket MSMEs in Desa Muara Penimbung Ilir aims to provide training and assistance to increase HR competence, including on employment, recruitment, wage determination and performance appraisal. In addition, counseling was given about the potential of MSMEs based on the creative economy, especially the fashion sub-sector, namely songket. The implementation method of this community service activity is the method of training, counseling and mentoring partners, as well as monitoring and evaluating partner’s businesses. Participants in this community service activity consisted of 25 Songket SMEs in Desa Muara Penimbung Ilir. The results show that there is an 85% increase in partners' understanding of HR management and the creative economy in their business.
This research aims to determine whether Motivation and Work Discipline affect Employee Performance at PT. Dizamatra Powerindo. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The total population used is 169 respondents where the entire population is samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained are that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Employees of PT. Dizamatra Powerindo and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. Dizamatra Powerindo. Suggestions that can be given from this research is that Motivation at PT. Dizamatra Powerindo needs to be improved and for Work Discipline at PT. Dizamatra Powerindo leaders are expected to pay more attention to the dimensions of punctuality, then to improve the Performance of PT. Dizamatra Powerindo must be able to understand what motivation needs to be given to Employees to improve the Performance of the Employees.
