The article presents microclimate parameters registered on workplaces of gas industry outdoor workers during summer in
Astrakhan region as well as equations for calculation of external thermal load and for correlation relationship between
external thermal load and functional status of worker (with regard for age and weight). The paper shows dynamics of
thermal load on work-er’s body and health during a shift. Factor structure is defined for health characteristics bound to
high external temperature, activation of thermoregulation mechanisms, cardiovascular system, and exhaustion. Analysis
of health indexes dynamics gives basis for definition of preferable du-ties. According to workers and their functional state
assessment average air temperature of 35,3±3,3 °С is defined as unfavorable, 38,5±0,4 °С – as problematic. The most
preferable (71% of answers) shift schedule includes alternation of periods of work and rest (in the shade). Reduced shifts
and regulation of periods of work and rest are preferred by 14,6% working. Suggestions for improvement of hygienic and
ergonomic indexes of PPE are presented on the basis of the questionnaire.
The 22-nominations matrix is proposed for classifying
approaches to educational processes management. The matrix is
developed based on conceptual insights in the learning, management
and system-oriented analysis theories, which have been embodied
in a sequential procedure, which, in turn, implies defining
two dual and reciprocal factors (namely, «foundations» and «criteria
»), classification of systems in general, identifying attributes and
features of control (management) systems, ways to form management
impact, changes in behavior of appropriately organized education
systems, type and orientation of management.
The detailed descriptions of the objective, subjective, systematic, information and technological approaches are presented, with the «methodological stuff» for each approach in the form of «circuit» and systematic methods for problem solving in the field of pedagogical practice.
The article analyzes the contents of the concept “love”— one of the key
concepts in the journalistic papers of Ivan Ilyin. In his works we find true
language culture and a deep understanding of ideas most important for
humanity. The source of the study is philosophical and journalistic sheets
“Our Mission” published I. Ilyin in 1948–1954. I.A. Ilyin wrote “Our Mission”
not only for his contemporaries but also “for the new Russian generation”.
He hoped that his findings and conclusions gained through suffering will the
new generations cope with the problem of Russia’s revival, with the task of
forming the spiritual nature of the nation.
I. Ilyin understands love as one of the three laws of the spirit, one of the
three great foundations of human life and culture. Such an understanding is
compared with modern ideas about the concept – the fact that we find quite
justified, because “Our Mission” has its roots in the pre-revolutionary culture
and the reading of the text in question is essentially a step in cross-cultural
communication mediated through language.
The article touches upon the problem of development of students of pedagogical universities of responsibility; considered view of the responsibility as an integrative quality of a person in terms of the different humanities; isolated components and functions of responsibility; proposed the development of methods of accountability of students of pedagogical universities.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
