The realization of structural changes in high-technology industries requires an evaluation of the effectiveness of taken decisions. For this purpose, the paper considers the technical and economic feasibility of developing a system of indicators in industrial management, which will allow increasing the competitiveness of products. A set of indicators was developed, based on the formalization of the main characteristics and interrelation of the organizational structure, and an integral estimation of the organizational potential of high-technology enterprises was proposed. The application of such a technique in practice will give a preliminary conclusion about the nature of structural transformations. In developing the methodology, a criterion is proposed for estimating the competitiveness of a high-technology enterprise, which is based on the ratio of its potentials to actual risks. Structurally functional identification of the potentials of the processes of functional systems made it possible to reveal the features of the application of analytical models for determining the accumulated potentials in the production system. This gives the possibility for segmentation of the enterprise's competitiveness and determination of areas with different efficiency of resource consumption.

Представлены модели двух основных задач, решаемых ими с помощью информационных технологий: модель совершенствования учебного процесса и модель бюджетирования деятельности высшего учебного заведения. Рассмотренные модели могут быть использованы на практике в процессе модернизации системы подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров для оборонно-промышленного комплекса России.
The article examines the problem of the influence of the profession and industry of work of Russian applicants on their labor mobility. The general growth of labor mobility of the population is currently caused by several factors: change in the labor values of applicants, technological progress, desynchronization of the education sector and the labor market, growth of the economic crisis, etc. The main reasons prompting applicants to think about changing their current job in the article are the aspects of their relation to those professional areas and industries in which they are currently working or would like to work in the future. The authors analyzed the results of surveys of applicants of various ages and from various professional fields regarding their desire to change their profession (without taking into account the influence of the material factor), as well as their opinions regarding the most attractive professional fields for them. In addition, there are the opinions of applicants regarding the reasons prompting them to think about changing their profession. The article also examines data from interviews with applicants regarding their desire to move to work in a company from another industry.
The purpose of the study was to analyze the effective development of the production potential of the domestic industry of aviation engineering. We developed a method for calculating the summarizing indicators of assessing the feasibility of production programs of the aviation industry at the level of technological conversions and types of aircraft production. The application of such method will make it possible to more reasonably determine the material consumption of new types of aviation products and the productivity of new equipment, and, ultimately, assess the feasibility of promising production plans. Monitoring of production indicators of the domestic aviation engineering industry will encourage new research in the field of organizing the development, production and maintenance of hi-tech products, taking into account its specificity.
