The article is concerned with digitalization in the sphere of HR. The publicatopn provides an overview of digital instruments in the sphere of human resource management, which are implemented in companies. This demonstrates the diversity of automated and digital capabilities in all areas of human resource management: mobile employer; development of corporate social networks; mobile software and applications as the main platforms for HR instruments; studying anywhere and at any time; intellectualization and robotics of HR-sphere documentation processes; personal approach and cognitive technologies. The active development of companies that create products and provide digital services in the HR are specified. The authors carry out an analysis of tendencies in the process of digitalization of the personnel management service, a study of the main opportunities and risks, since there is a need to introduce various digitalization instruments into the activities of the HR service. It is determined that digital HR involves changing the ways of interaction with employees and careful development of personnel strategy – how exactly and by what methods the main stages of HR specialist work will be implemented: recruitment, development, staff retention and dismissal. The formation and development of the Digital strategy integrated with business and HR strategies becomes a prerequisite for ensuring future competitiveness by transforming the business from a traditional to a technology company. The key and most sought-after skills that HR managers need to develop in order to remain a valuable and effective specialist are described. The main requirements for the effective implementation and development of digital technologies in the processes of enterprise management in general and human resource management in particular are considered and generalized.
This article examines the correlation between the increase in age groups of population and branch structure of employment in the Ukrainian economy. Today, the study of human capital's impact on economic processes is an essential economic science component. The application of quantitative methods in this relationship's study provides essential information about the nature of the interconnection of individual characteristics of human capital and critical socio-economic processes in the current domestic economic reality. Applying correlation-regression analysis, modelling these interdependencies with multiple regression models, and estimating correlation and deterministic relationships, in particular, are essential means in the practical study of this macroeconomic resource impact. Economic and mathematical analysis of the interdependencies between employment in agricultural, industrial, and financial sectors and the growth of the Ukrainian population's age groups were carried out. Based on these data, conclusions were drawn about critical macroeconomic processes, which are quantitatively confirmed by the built models. The role of the age structure of the population in structural transformations of the Ukrainian economy was evaluated.
The article deals with the impact of mortality rate on the reduction of labour potential. The authors determine the index of years of potential life lost, analyze the primary causes of deaths as well as provide some prognostic estimates concerning the population size in Ukraine A number of domestic and international institutions, including The State Research Institute of Information and Economic Modeling (SRIIEM), The National Institute for Strategic Studies (NISS), the United Nations Organization (UNO), the International Statistical Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States (ISC CIS), Council of Productive Forces of Ukraine (СPFU) and the Bureau of Census US developed three possible scenarios of projected mortality in Ukraine for 2025. The article provides in-depth theoretical and methodological fundamentals, methodological approaches and develops practical guidelines how to increase competitive ability of the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy. It also provides economic essence of the competitive ability of the agricultural sector, defines methodological approach as to diagnosing a general level of competitive ability of the agricultural sector, aimed at analyzing intersectoral and intrasectoral competitiveness of the economic sector. The article analyzes current state of the competitiveness determinants of the agricultural sector of Ukraine, analyzes its general competitive ability in inter- and intrasectoral dimensions. It provides recommendations as to improving system for the state regulation of developing competitiveness of the agricultural market. Suggested sectoral and structural matrix of the state regulation of developing agricultural sector competitiveness of the domestic economy allows us to segregate priority directions of the state regulation so to contribute to competitiveness increase based on sectoral and segment approaches. The article justifies perspective transformations of organizational and legal forms of management of agrarian products manufacturers, which contribute to establishment of competitive structure of the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy and increase of its competitiveness level in general.
