Приводится аннотированный список 325 видов пауков из 31 семейства, выявленных на побережье и островах северной части Каспийского моря. В видовом составе преобладают Gnaphosidae (67 видов), Salticidae (46 видов) и Lycosidae (37 видов). В прибрежной полосе, шириной 20 км от Махачкалы на западе до п-ова Тюб-Караган на востоке, обнаружено 304 вида, на островах -132 вида. Анализ аранеофауны островов Нордовый, Тюлений, Чечень и Кулалы указывает на то, что на каждом из них существует вполне сложившиейя самостоятельный аранеокомплекс. Наблюдаются значительные отличия в составе аранеофауны различных усастков побережья. Abstract. Aim. Araneofauna of Peri-Caspian is fragmentary studied. A literature contains faunistic data for the North-West Caspian and Volga River delta. Several faunistic records and new species were earlier described from the North Caspian. Spiders of Mangyshlak are insufficiently studied. The aim of this wark is summation of available data on araneofauna of coast and islands of North Peri-Caspian with more detailed analisys of spiders of North Caspian islands. Location. Russia: Astrakhan Region, Dagestan, Kalmykia; Kazakhstan: Atyrau and Mangystau Regions. Methods. Investigations include Caspian coastal zone with width about 20 km from Makhachkala (western coast) to Tyub Kurgan (eastern coast) and islands of the Caspian Sea: Nordovyi, Tyuleniy, Chechen, Kulaly. Pitfall traps and manual collection were used during 1975-1985 and 2009-2013. Results and main conclusions. Annotated check-list of 325 species of spiders from 31 families is made for North Caspian coast and islands. Species of the families Gnaphosidae (67 species), Salticidae (46 species) и Lycosidae (37 species) are dominated. Three hundred four species are known from coastal (width 20 km) zone (from Makhachkala to Tyub Kurgan) and 132 species were found on islands. North-Eastern Peri-Caspian coast contents 198 species, Volga River delta -134 species, coast of North and North Eastern Caspian -98 species. Number of species on Caspian islands: Nordovyi -30, Tuleniy -83, Chechen -66, Kulaly -43. Each island has its special araneofauna. The material on registration of malformation has been studied in Bukhara region for 2010. Out of 159 infants, born with different intrauterine anomalies the 16.35% (26) were found with the cleft lip and palate in different variants. After the complex examination by specialists (surgeon, pediatrician, orthopedist, otolaryngologist, psychoneurologist) operative treatment was conducted depending on degree of the defect. The study of the condition of immune system in infants was conducted after operative treatment. The examined were divided into 2 groups-infants without postoperative complications and infants with postoperative complications. We studied the quantitative determination of lymphocytes with phenotype CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, concentration IgG, IgA IgM, phagocytic activity of neutrophils and the level of CIA. It was found that in infants with congenital cleft lip and palate exist the deflections on the condition of immune system, which were more denominated in infants with postoperative complications.
The review analyzes the role of assessing the state of the endothelium in the onset and progression of cardiovascular diseases, stratification of their risks, since endothelial dysfunction (ED) is a crucial predictor of this pathologies. In this regard, this paper presents the modern understanding of the methods for assessing ED, presents the advantages and disadvantages of various techniques. Despite the fact that flow-mediated dilation is widely used as a classical method for studying endothelial function, this technique depends on the physiological state of sensory nerves and calcium-activated potassium channels, cardiac output. This review focuses on new biomarkers for ED such as endothelial microparticles, endoglin and endocan, and discusses the relevance of the criteria for their use in clinical practice. Based on current scientific advances, the authors concluded that among these three newest biomarkers, today, endocan can be considered a more informative and reliable cellular marker of ED. Moreover, the authors have shown that when measured separately, many of the studied classical circulating biomarkers do not provide reliable information about the state of the endothelium, since the endothelial function has a complex physiological nature which therefore raises the question of the advisability of considering a combination of classical and new biomarkers for improving the assessment of the endothelial state.
В данной работе приводится видовой состав совок (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae) острова Чечень Северо-Западного Каспия, их пространственное распределение, и распространение. Так же приводится анализ наиболее распространенных и мало-численных видов. The paper presents the species composition of the noctuidae (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae) of the island of Chechen of the North-West Caspian sea, their spatial distribution, dissemination and analysis of the most common and indigenous species Ключевые слова: совки, вид, род, Чечень, Каспий.Key words: noctuidae, species, genus, Chechen, the Caspian Sea .Остров Чечень находится в северо-западной части Каспийского моря, который отделён проливом шири-ной менее 1 км от Аграханского полуострова.Береговая линия острова изменчива вследствие колебаний уровня моря. Длина острова до 20 км, ширина до 7 км. От берегов в воду уходят заросшие тростником песчаные косы. Остров пустынен, много водоплаваю-щей птицы. Своеобразен растительный покров острова. Хотя в целом он представляет собой песчаную пусты-ню, местами можно столкнуться с ковром луговой и болотной растительности. Кое-где встречаются участки с густыми зарослями донника каспийского, достигающего высоты 3-3,5 м. Растет здесь донник желтый и житняк сибирский, по песку повсеместно стелется вьюнок персидский, встречаются островки люцерны голубой, сви-нороя и других растений. Типично пустынную растительность представляют песчаная полынь, кермек, солянка. Местами на бугристых песках возвышаются кустарники тамариска. Небогата фауна острова. Здесь можно встретить лисицу, много зайцев, пауков, насекомых. В районе исследования, нами были расставлены однотип-ные световые ловушки по 4 точкам (F1, F2, F3, F4) (рис.1).Рис. 1.
