В условиях динамичной организационной среды, характерной для современных организаций, особую актуальность приобретают проблемы диагностики, оценки, развития и поддержания профессиональной успешности специалистов разных типов труда. Анализ специфики содержания и условий труда позволяет выявить особые требования к ресурсам саморегуляции функционального состояния профессионалов и к готовности работника обеспечить быстрое формирование адекватного ситуационным требованиям целевого состояния. Способность к эффективной целевой саморегуляции обсуждается как один из факторов развития профессиональной успешности.цель. Систематизация и обобщение результатов ряда исследований, посвященных анализу эффективной саморегуляции функционального состояния как фактора профессиональной успешности в условиях повышенной напряженности кратковременного и пролонгированного типов.Методики. Ломоносова. AbstractRelevance. The growing interest in assessment, development and maintenance of professional success is actual in the field of organizational psychology. It emphasizes the need to study the role of effective functional state self-regulation as a factor of professional success.Objective. The objective of this article is the systematization of the results of a number of studies on the analysis of effective functional state self-regulation as a factor of professional success.Method. The complex diagnostic package was used. It includes surveys and questionnaires for analysis of subjective image of working conditions and personal current functional state, means of functional state self-regulation, the symptoms of chronic negative functional states and professional personal deformation as consequences of functional state self-regulation system failure.Results. The results revealed that the features of the effective functional state self-regulation system as a factor of professional success are associated with the plastic adaptation repertoire of self-regulation means and techniques of highly successful professionals, applied adequately to the working conditions of increased job intensity of short-term and prolonged type.Conclusions. The obtained results confirm the key importance of specialists` functional state self-regulation in supporting and providing of professional success. This phenomenon is particularly evident in the tensed working condition.
Job satisfaction is often attributed to the work efficiency and the psychological well-being of professionals. This article provides an overview of the cycle of studies on the relationship between self-regulation resources and job satisfaction of professionals working in high-tension environments. The research cycle involved 50 college teachers in the process of introducing of organizational changes; 41 teachers working with children with special health features; 50 staff members of the contact center and 51 trade organization employees, whose work is extremely emotional; 45 professionals of different spheres, carrying out their activities remotely in the mode of self-isolation, connected with the prevention of COVID-19 distribution. To solve the problems of the study, specially selected methods were used, among them: the test “Job satisfaction” by V. A. Rosanova — to determine the degree of satisfaction in work activity; the questionnaire “Strategic Approach to Coping Scale” by S. Hobfoll in the adaptation of N. E. Volodyanova and E. S. Starchenkova and other methods. Common features of relationships of self-regulation resources and job satisfaction of professionals working under the conditions of increased tension of work caused by different reasons have been revealed. Satisfied professionals working under tense working conditions are more characterized by high expression of career identity and career resilience as components of motivation to career, flexible application of a wide set of self-regulation resources with the prevalence of active, pro-social and indirect behaviors. The results of the research cycle can be used to develop programs to improve the psychological well-being and efficiency of the professionals.
