The sustainable development of modern society needs to be sought and mobilized to justify and build constructive interaction between its constituents and, above all, those that define it, as public and public Organization. This is determined by the need to ensure the conditions for the sustainable and progressive development of civilization, formed by the joint, concerted efforts of all participants in social transformation. Identifying, researching, evaluating, selecting, distributing and applying the most constructive forms and methods of organizing the interaction of state and public organizations becomes a necessary basis for such provision. The organization needed to do this initially needs to develop and implement a set of targeted impacts, both directly involved in the interaction of the parties and a number of actors optimizing it. The development of scientifically sound, retrospective analysis and topical research, the concept of managing the interaction of state and public organizations becomes a priority, socially significant task.The selection of approaches, analysis of developments, justification of the concepts of effective management of interaction of such defining modern civilization subjects as state and public organizations are devoted to research presented this publication. Exploring the prevailing practice of interaction between these actors, on the one hand, and developing approaches to the construction of a universal scientific concept, on the other, the authors open up a discussion about the need and the possibility of managing these Process. Problem and goal. The article discusses the victimological signs of crimes in the field of using information technology and cyber threats in the context of digitalization of modern society. The relevance of scientific and methodological research in the field of pedagogy on the problems of preparation for the implementation of victimological activities is emphasized. Methodology. The study is based on the analysis of major challenges of digital society and the internal logic of the development of applied victimology, which is mainly concerned with preventing victimization amid the threats to modern society. Results. Based on the analysis, the study lists and describes the types of existing cyber threats depending on the object of the attack, as well as legislative acts that define information security and cybersecurity. It is noted not only the relevance of considering new threats to the information society, which cause the need for the development of information security and cybersecurity as independent scientific areas of informatics and partly applied victimology, but also the development of terminology and criteria in this area, as well as the formation of professional competence in the education system of modern specialists in the field of professional victimological knowledge aimed at preventing cybercrime. Conclusion. To prevent cybercrimes and to ensure cybersecurity, victimological activities, a special component in the professional activities of modern subjects of different levels, should be developed and carried out.

The issues of the effectiveness of communication as one of the key factors in the formation of students for successful activity in the organization have been considered. It has been shown, that the concept of efficiency is a nonlinear problem, supposing the determination of the compromise zone for each of the parties involved. It has been revealed, that different forms of communication assume the use of appropriate criteria for determining their effectiveness. The significance of each form of communication for improving the efficiency of communication in General, the process of training students, has been disclosed.

The article analyzes the goals of professional victimology training of modern specialists in the economics, included in the program documents of the Russian Federation, approved by Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation and resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation, which define the social order, that is, the real needs of society and the state. The subjects for the fulfillment of program requirements are identified, including lawyers and economists. The article notes the shortcomings in the functional responsibilities of legal services and economists in organizations in the field of victimization activities. The Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education have been analyzed on the subject of the presence of systemic and intersubjective nature of victimology knowledge in the training of lawyers and economists. The concept of the formation of professional victimological readiness of lawyers and economists for the economic sphere, based on mastering the skills to solve professional problems using the method of appropriately selected tasks corresponding to the type of professional activity is presented. Practical examples of situational tasks are proposed. In general terms, the criteria for the formation of professional readiness for victimology activity of a specialist for the economic sphere (lawyer, economist) are presented.
