The article substantiates the expediency of using the interactive training technologies of teaching in the educational process for students of tourism specialities since training of the specialists for tourism sphere is one of the most important issues because the quality of personnel is a key factor of the tourism development. The essence of interactive teaching methods as compared to the traditional ones has been analysed. The advantages and features of using the interactive methods in the educational process which help to achieve learning objectives, enhance motivation to study, mould professional creative thinking, increase students' interest, stimulates teamwork, overcome shyness and insecurity in the real working environment have been highlighted. In the context of the tourism specialists' professional competences formation, a conceptual structure of the training including content blocks, methods of work, expected results has been proposed. On the basis of the interactive teaching technologies, a training concerning the development of an advertising campaign for a tourism company has been developed. Taking into account the specifics of the tourism industry, the authors have suggested a step-by-step running of an advertising campaign of the tourism company including a complex of interconnected advertising activities developed in accordance with the company's marketing program, covering a certain period of time and aimed at a given target audience in order to provoke a reaction that helps the company solve its strategic and tactical tasks. The article also highlights the advantages and disadvantages of advertising in tourism industry, its effectiveness in different media.
The digital transformation of society affects socio-economic relations in all spheres of life; however, the degree of this influence differs depending on countries and regions. Various industries and sectors of the economy are also affected by digitalization to one degree or another.In this context, the purpose of the paper is to determine the dependence of human capital in the tourism industry on the digitalization level of the economy.The following methods were used: data standardization, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, K means, and SWOT analysis.The panel sample includes indicators from 61 countries for 2018. The analysis revealed distinctive features that allowed allocating the countries into clusters. Cluster 1 (14 cases): countries with average Human Capital Index (HCI) and World Digital Competitiveness (WDC) values, depending on tourism. Cluster 2 (13 cases): countries with slightly above average HCI and WDC values that are less dependent on tourism. Cluster 3 (15 cases): countries with HCI and WDC values below average, not particularly dependent on tourism. Cluster 4 (1 case): outliers. Cluster 5 (18 cases): countries with above average HCI and WDC that are tourism dependent. The calculation results made it possible to identify the cluster principles. The use of the identified distinctive features in the SWOT analysis allows formulating the key elements of human capital strategies in the tourism sector for each group of countries.
The state of the marine and coastal tourism development in Ukraine has been analysed. It has been substantiated that in Ukraine marine tourism has significant potential for the development. In this context, the paper objective is to identify the problems of marine and coastal tourism in Ukraine and to develop the directions of their solutions. In the paper, the social, economic, political, ecological and institutional problems of the marine and coastal tourism development have been defined. The justification of stimulants and restraints of the marine and coastal tourism development in Ukraine have been also considered. The authors of the article have developed and proposed a conceptual model of the marine and coastal tourism development in the context of the sustainable development strategy using the methodology of structural analysis and SADT design. The proposed model takes into account the specifics of the Ukrainian conditions.
The necessity to determine the theoretical foundations of the effective management system organization for the creation and implementation of high technologies into the economic activity of domestic enterprises has been substantiated in the paper. The study objective is to formulate the theoretical foundations for the organization of an effective industrial property management system in the economic sector. The comparative characteristics of the industrial property items by their names, the form of legal protection and the classification features defined by the current legislation of Ukraine has been provided. The use of Structured Analysis and Design Technique (SADT) has been proposed in the paper to ensure the organization of the industrial property management process. As a practical implementation of the mechanism of organizational support for the process of industrial property management in the economic sector, the authors of the article have developed a business model for the organization of industrial property management in the economic sector with an in-depth structuring of business processes. The systematization of the industrial property management functions within the developed business model will help to identify the ways to improve the process of creation and sale of industrial property items in the mining industry.
The international experience of the rural green (ecological) tourism objects development has been analysed in the article; the distinctive features and types of rural tourism have been outlined; both the peculiarities of definitions of this type of tourism in different countries of the world and the features of its organization have been studied; the real examples of ecological (rural green) tourism development in different countries and features of its organization have been presented. It has been demonstrated that in some countries more active forms of green (rural green) tourism are developing, in particular, cycling, horseback riding in scenic rural areas, fishing, etc.; in others, this type of tourism is primarily a family holiday in the countryside, an opportunity to get acquainted with national cuisine, winemaking, etc., to get to know national culture and customs, to visit interesting natural and cultural monuments. It has been also noted that international experience of the ecological tourism (rural green tourism) organization includes various forms and methods, demonstrates its growing popularity among holidaymakers, significant potential in the development of rural regions of the country, constantly increasing profitability. The ways of international experience usage of the ecological tourism (rural green tourism) organization in Ukraine nowadays has been also indicated in the article; it has been stated that the type of tourism researched in the article is a mature, dynamically developing tourism direction, and accordingly, it has already accumulated valuable experience necessary for the development of this type of tourism in Ukraine, which has huge potential for the development of its own ecological (rural green) tourism.
