The article aims to present the experience of the development of educational and methodical complex for accompanying graphic training of students of Perm national research Polytechnic University. In the heart of the development methodology are competence-based approach, the unification of subject training level in the GEF VPO and modular organization of educational process. A review of the scientific and pedagogical literature and analyzed the experience of the graphic training of students at the technical University. The structure of educational and methodical complex of discipline and justified a resource for the individual units of the complex. In modern conditions the quality of education is determined through the structure of relationships among elements of achievable learning outcomes as a set of knowledge, skills, abilities, possessions. An important task of the teacher is to create learning environments, partially simulating actual professional activity of a graduate to obtain the planned curriculum learning outcomes. Need to reorganize all forms of learning, including lectures, practical classes, laboratory work, independent activities of the trainees and how the integration of individual learning outcomes, – research work of students. When designing tasks for independent work of students used the principle of individualization of learning. When performing tasks, it is possible to choose a student´s trajectory of project development, including the choice of level of complexity, technological implementation and presentation of the finished project. Control and diagnostic unit includes the materials developed for the assessment activities at different stages of the educational process. The description of the applied controls, and provides specific examples of assessment of learning outcomes. For effective organization level graphic training of students of the University have developed a "road map" methodological support of educational activity of students. It allows teachers to efficiently use the available educational resources of the educational-methodical complex. The experience methodological support to effectively implement the educational process in the graphic disciplines, to improve graphic skills and to build the students planned the substantive competence.
An overview of actual problems related to graphic training at technical high educational institutions is performed in this paper. The identified problems’ arranging in a framework of dissertation research has been realized. For comparison of information actuality of monitoring, conducted in 2009, materials of Internetconferences on the graphic training quality problems are used.
Authors consider modernization of methodology related to development of academic programs of subject training within FSES HPE. Competence-oriented level unification of students’ basic graphic training in technical high educational institutions is given as an example.
Questions related to introduction of USDD standards’ changes in educational process are considered. Interstate standards establish uniform requirements for computer design development. Importance of concepts related to electronic model of a product and a detail is noted.
Article contains the analysis of modern approaches to quality management of subject training, and also gives the main mechanisms providing quality of graphic training of students in the Perm Polytechnic University. The work purpose is to present model of quality management of graphic preparation and to show process model of carrying out monitoring of the reached educational results. The adaptive model with negative feedback is offered as model of management of subject preparation. The process model of through monitoring of educational results of subject training promotes improvement of quality of training of the student since allows to trace deviations from the predicted intermediate results of education and to correct an educational trajectory of the student by means of negative feedback. The effective mechanisms providing quality of graphic preparation at university are given in article. Experience of its realization was repeatedly discussed on pages of the Internet edition of the QGP conferences, other editions and got approval of the geometric and graphic community of Russia and the neighboring countries. The annual Internet conferences which are carried out since 2010 initiated by the Perm national research polytechnic university and "Design, Graphics and Descriptive Geometry" chair are innovative and extremely effective mechanism of integration of interaction of teachers of the geometric — graphic disciplines. They are aimed at improvement of quality of graphic training of students of technical universities and promote permission of the collected problems of engineering education of Russia. This project showed the viability, gained fame and support in the environment of geometric and graphic community. The article is of interest to teachers of university chairs who teach disciplines in a competence-based format and solve a problem to optimize educational process, increasing quality of subject training at deficiency of a number of hours in the curriculum. We hope that the described experience of ensuring quality of graphic preparation will be useful to readers.
