This research is aimed to study the significant number of negative environmental consequences are due to the active development of cities and agglomerations. The technologies of green buildings are constantly being improved with the aim of reducing the overall influence of development on the environment and human health. Today, one of the most important trends of eco-development is to develop the innovations in the field of green building structures. Green modular roofing structures contribute to solving the problems of ecodevelopment in the construction of smart cities and smart buildings for sustainable development.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate innovation activity in the countries of the world. Based on the use of statistical, comparative, systemic and logical methods, an analysis of indicators of innovative activity was carried out, as a result of which it was concluded that Russia lags behind other countries in terms of innovative development. Using methods of economic and factor analysis, a factor model was formed in the work, which included groups of global, national, industry and corporate factors, the management of which will ensure a sustainable transition to innovative technologies of the national economy. In the ending of the study the main conclusions and results of the work are presented.
The article is devoted to the issues of transition of the Russian electric power industry to renewable energy sources. The analysis carried out in the work showed that in the electric power industry there has been a tendency to intensify activities to switch to innovative and renewable technologies in the production of electric energy. The main goal of the transition is to reduce the use of depleted natural resources and reduce the environmental burden. A similar trend is associated with the need to increase the competitiveness of the Russian electric power industry, since in some countries of the world up to 25% of electric energy is generated from renewable energy sources. In addition, in recent years, state programs have been adopted in which by 2024 it is planned to increase installed capacity based on renewable sources to 11 GW. At the end of the work, a structural-logical scheme was proposed that allows for the transition from traditional energy to renewable energy sources. In conclusion, the study presents the main findings and results of the work.
Abstract. Inclusion of the carbon component in the standard STO NOSTROY "Green construction" is the part of the study of institutional aspects of the introduction of energy efficiency standards. In the course of this study, based on the generalization of international experience, proposals are being developed to develop mandatory and voluntary carbon reporting in accordance with the concept of sustainable development in Russia, and a rationale is being developed for incorporating the requirements for reducing greenhouse gas emissions within a voluntary certification of real estate "Green Standards" and other systems.
