The article explores issues related to the transition of modern organizations to digital technology. It is planned that by 2036 about 50% of jobs will be automated and, as a result, this will lead to a transformation of the labor market and a change in the socio-economic situation in the regions and in the country as a whole. The study provides data on the high degree of computerization of modern Russian organizations, which actually increases the overall involvement of staff in the organization’s activities and business efficiency. In order to effectively transition to digital technologies, modern organizations must adapt to changing conditions and conduct organizational training. The study suggested that in the digital era, it is necessary to use public-private partnership mechanisms that will allow the formation of knowledge bases in conjunction with educational and scientific institutions and business structures, which will quickly adapt to changing conditions and maintain a holistic organizational system of enterprises. At the end of the work, conclusions are drawn from the results of the study.
The article is devoted to the issues of the transition of the electric power industry to renewable energy sources. The study analyzed the total consumption of electric energy and the installed capacity of Russian power plants, as a result, it was concluded that the increase in energy consumption. At the same time, the study found that the share of renewable energy sources does not exceed 1 GW of installed capacity and there are no quantitative changes in the volume of electricity production from renewable energy sources. The work identified factors that impede the development of renewable energy sources, which are grouped into technical, technological and economic factors, according to the level of state support and the presence of systemic problems in the electric power industry. The study proposed mechanisms aimed at developing renewable energy sources. In conclusion, the study presents the main findings and results of the work.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate innovation activity in the countries of the world. Based on the use of statistical, comparative, systemic and logical methods, an analysis of indicators of innovative activity was carried out, as a result of which it was concluded that Russia lags behind other countries in terms of innovative development. Using methods of economic and factor analysis, a factor model was formed in the work, which included groups of global, national, industry and corporate factors, the management of which will ensure a sustainable transition to innovative technologies of the national economy. In the ending of the study the main conclusions and results of the work are presented.
The study is devoted to assessing the technical and technological sustainability of industrial production in the Russian Federation. The study proved that the basis of the Russian economy is industrial production, the results of which form the country’s gross domestic product, maintains socio-economic stability and provides the population with various consumer goods. At the same time, the analyzed indicators of output, depreciation and renewal of fixed assets and the level of innovative development of production capacities indicate a drop in the technical and technological stability of industrial production. The work proposed a structural-logical scheme for ensuring technological development and economic sustainability of industrial production, containing requirements for the development of indicators for determining sustainability and mechanisms for its achievement in the context of the implementation of different scenarios for the development of industrial production. In conclusion, the study presents the main findings and results of the work.
The article is devoted to the development of digital competencies among students of higher educational institutions. The study analyzed the digital competencies of students and the level of Internet use for receiving services and their self-education. The analysis showed that students have the simplest digital competencies, while about half of the students perform specific digital operations and use the Internet for self-education; moreover, there is a digital inequality between students living in urban and rural areas. At the end of the study, activities were proposed aimed at developing digital competencies among university students and reducing the digital divide among students living in urban and rural areas.
