Abstract: This study aims to describe the quantity of influence of work motivation (X) on employee satisfaction (Y) in the Basmalah store in Banyuwangi district. Which is suspected that there is a significant influence. Sampling in this study uses Non-Probability sampling by distributing questionnaires to all employees at the Basmalah store in Banyuwangi, as many as 23 employees in all Basmalah shop outlets in Banyuwangi Regency. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method, the statistical analysis method consists of… Show more

“…The process involves placing the membrane in a cell with a solution and electrodes and then applying electrical potential to the electrodes. This causes the modifier to be attracted to the electrode with an opposite charge [31]. It is a process that occurs with a high deposition rate, and it is easy to regulate, cost-effective and portable [32].…”

“…Moreover, electrodeposition encounters limitations in terms of the range of materials that can be deposited. The deposited layer may also exhibit instability under certain conditions, which can negatively impact membrane performance [31].…”

“…To enhance selectivity towards single-charged ions, studies have been conducted on altering the configuration of the membrane stack [3][4][5], including the use of nanofiltration membranes instead of cation-exchange membranes [5]. However, the overwhelming majority of research in this field is dedicated to modifying the properties of ion-exchange membranes through surface modification [6].…”

“…Sata et al [9] reviewed the modification of CEMs for selectivity among cations in 2003. In 2017, Xu and co-workers [10] summarized monovalent cation selective membranes with an emphasis on fabrication strategies for diffusion dialysis and electrodialysis applications, while Khoiruddin et al [11] described approaches to surface modification of IEMs and monovalent ion selectivity. Luo et al [12] published a comprehensive review of IEMs in 2018, including the separation of both anions and cations, focusing on advancements in fabrication methods, ion transport mechanisms, and experimental methods to determine ion selectivity.…”
