A Review on Hotel Employees within the Context of General & Organizational Cynicism

Abstract: Sinisizmin örgütlere yansıması örgütsel sinisizm olarak adlandırılmakta ve bireylerin örgüte dair olumsuz tutumlarını ifade etmektedir. Bu olumsuz tutumun düzeyi ise, örgüt tarafından bilinmeli ve nedenleriyle sonuçları tespit edilmelidir.
