Acetylcholinesterase Inhibition Attenuates the Development of Hypertension and Inflammation in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

Abstract: Donepezil attenuated the development of hypertension in SHR probably involving antiinflammatory effects, indicating that acetylcholinesterase inhibition yields benefic effects for antihypertensive therapy.
