Carrots are a superior agricultural product in Surbakti Village it self. With these conditions, Surbakti village has great potential in terms of agriculture, especially carrots. However, at this time the carrot farmers in Surbakti Village are faced with a problem, namely the productivity of carrots has not been maximized and the price of carrots is uncertain, it will affect the productivity and income obtained by farmers. This study aims to analyze the income of carrot farming. The research was conducted in August 2022. Data analysis used income analysis and R/C ratio analysis. The average income of carrot farming in Surbakti Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency is Rp. 14,996,308.4/ha/MT. The average total cost incurred in carrot farming activities is Rp. 11,439,494,68/ha/MT, and the average revenue for carrot farming is Rp. 26,435,803.5/ha/MT. This means that carrot farming in Surbakti Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency is still profitable because farmers' income can still cover the total costs incurred during the carrot farming production process. This Oyster mushrooms, as one of the horticultural commodities, are widely cultivated in Sukoharjo Regency. These oyster mushroom farmers are attached to the mushroom cluster, which is decreasing yearly due to low bargaining ability in determining the price of production products because traders set the selling price. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost, receipt, profit and efficiency of oyster mushroom farming; assess the pattern of marketing channels used, marketing costs, marketing profits, marketing margins, and farmer's share so that the efficiency of oyster mushroom marketing in Sukoharjo Regency can be known. The research method used is descriptive, carried out in Sukoharjo Regency using the purposive method. The number of samples is determined by the census method and the snowball method. The results showed that the oyster mushroom farming business has been going on efficiently. There are five marketing channels in Sukoharjo Regency. The lowest marketing margins are found in channel V, namely: farmers → end consumers, while the highest margins are found in channel II, namely: farmers → collector traders → retailers → end consumers. The resulting farmer's share value shows that marketing is already taking place efficiently, with the farmer's share value on all five channels ≥ 60%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial feasib anchoviesility, and sensitivity of salted anchovy processing business on Pasaran Island, Bandar Lampung City. Data collection was carried out from November to December 2021. The research method used was a survey and the selection of research sites was carried out purposefully (deliberately). Sources of data are obtained from the interview process using questionnaires. The analytical method used is investment criteria and descriptive-quantitative analysis. The results showed that the financial analysis carried out on the processing of salted anchovy on Pasaran Island, Karang City Village, Teluk Betung Timur District, Bandar Lampung City was profitable and feasible to continue, with investment criteria indicators: NPV is IDR 12,450,776,125.40, Net B /C is 11.82, Gross B/C is 1.18, IRR is 125.16% and PP is 2.84 years. The sensitivity analysis of salted anchovy processing on Pasaran Island, Karang City Village, Teluk Betung Timur District, Bandar Lampung City shows that the business is sensitive to changes in certain conditions. At a 4.8% increase in production costs, the business is still feasible to continue, while when there is a 10% decrease in the amount of production, a 14.45% decrease in selling price, the business is not feasible to continue. Owners should increase the number of production equipment to achieve maximum production capacity and expand the market to increase target consumers.
