Learning systems in emergencies, can be implemented by making online-based learning or distance learning. This study compares the top 100 citations of online learning and distance learning publications and analyzes their real contribution in physics learning from 1992 to 2021. This study uses bibliometric analysis and literature review. The findings of this study include: 1) The trend of online learning topics is more consistently rising and has a higher value than distance learning every year, 2) The most frequently used keywords are online learning, and distance metrics learning, the United States has the highest contribution over the last thirty years, 3) The type of document that is often used is articles, 4) The highest average citation per paper per year is in 2020, 5) Both topics demonstrate the superiority of contributions to studying physics. The real contributions in physics are to make learning more flexible, train students' independence, train technology, deepen understanding of concepts and make learning more efficient. More intensively, further research can be done by comparing other learning systems applied in physics learning.

This research refers to the design of research and development (R&D), meaning the research method used to produce the product and then test the effectiveness of the product. According to Borg and Gall (2003: 569), the design used in this study was using the design of the ADDIE learning model. These researches have proposed an integrated model between ADDIE learning designs to address their weaknesses, and leverage their strengths in guiding the process of developing training multimedia content for learning, which requires incorporatingthe needs of thetraining pe at the design stage. In this development research data collection instrument using observation teknik with observation sheet tool,. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data analysisin this study willbe conducted to find out from validation experts on the design of student discipline character training at pontianak state police school (SPN). Quantitativedata analysis techniques to find out how validation results from experts or validators against multimedia character training of quantitatively analyzed student disciplines. Quantitative data analysis techniques are carried out to find out how the results of validation from experts on the quality of multimedia training that has been designed and tested with students. The result of this study is the effectiveness of learning is the level of success that can be achieved from a particular learning method in accordance with the learning objectives that have been planned. And this can also be interpreted that a learning medium can be said to be effective when meeting criteria, achieving goals, including being able to provide influence, change or can bring results, then effectiveness can be seen from how far the goal is achieved. The more goals achieved, the more effective the multimedia training is used.

Настоящая статья посвящена исследованиям в области актуализации содержательного контента программ подготовки педагогов. Новизна исследования заключается в том, что впервые в одном исследовании рассматриваются различные составляющие цифровизации учебного процесса, как наиболее востребованные в педагогическом сообществе: педагогический дизайн, большие данные (Big Data), технологии индивидуализации обучения. Во Введении автором представлен обзор актуальной ситуации в сфере образования. В разделе «Методы» приводится основной методический инструментарий исследования: социологический опрос и методы математической статистики. В разделе «Результаты» представлен новый подход к подготовительной работе по изучению исходных знаний и данных для освоения передовых цифровых и сквозных технологий с целью введения их в контент учебно-методических комплексов и программ, которые необходимо актуализировать в первую очередь. Новейшие малоизученные сервисы и инструменты цифровых и сквозных технологий наделены многогранными дидактическими ресурсами и потенциалом, поэтому важно своевременное актуализирование методических и учебных пособий с целью повышения педагогической результативности. В Обсуждении результатов исследования раскрывается необходимость скорейшего ознакомления педагогов со стремительно растущими технологическими инновациями в области педагогического дизайна, возможностей больших данных, индивидуализации обучения. В настоящее время, как показывает данное исследование, серьезной проблемой, препятствующей и тормозящей цифровизацию образования, является излишняя приверженность традиционным технологиям. Упускается, что новейшие цифровые и сквозные технологии делают доступными для понимания многих предметных и межпредметных знаний поколением обучающихся, с раннего детства знакомых с гаджетами и «рожденных с цифрой», открывают многочисленные новые образовательные возможности и подходы.
