Atividade antimicrobiana de Lactobacillus acidophilus, contra microrganismos patogênicos veiculados por alimentos

Abstract: ResumoFoi avaliada a atividade antimicrobiana de uma cultura probiótica comercial, o Lactobacillus acidophilus La5, frente ao crescimento de dois microrganismos patogênicos veiculados por alimentos, Escherichia coli e Staphylococcus aureus. O antagonismo da cultura probiótica in vitro foi avaliado utilizando tanto a Metodologia de Multicamadas quanto a de Difusão em Ágar.
