“…Although BAI therapy is not a new therapy and has not achieved wide acceptance as a standard clinical therapy for lung cancer due to its unconfirmed outcomes and severe side-effects, including esophageal ulceration and spinal cord damage, several studies have indicated that it should be reappraised as a preoperative adjuvant therapy for advanced lung cancer as it has been observed histopathologically to have a high response (7,8,18,19).
