Abstract:In this work, we report the polymorphic phase transitions(PPT) in ferroelectric Ba 0.95 Sr 0.05 Zr x Ti (1-x) O 3 (BSZT, x=0.01~0.10) ceramics synthesized by using a solid-state reaction method.
