Delay in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in Uzbekistan: a cross-sectional study

Abstract: BackgroundEarly diagnosis and prompt effective therapy are crucial for the prevention of tuberculosis (TB) transmission, particularly in regions with high levels of multi-drug resistant TB.
