Der femoro-crurale Venenbypass bei chronischen Unterschenkel-arterienverschlüssen

Abstract: A report on 58 reconstructive vascular operations in chronic blocks of arteries of the leg. 4 different types of block in these arteries can be distinguished. Operation is indicated only in severe disturbances of circulation of stage III and IV. The criterion for reconstruction is not found in the proximal part of the arteries.
