Developing a Practical Rating Rubric of SpeakingTest for University Students of English in Parepare, Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to develop a practical rating rubric of speaking ability in the classroom setting. This research study involvesthe English speaking lecturers at a number of higher education institutions in Parepare, Indonesia.
