Abstract: O artigo objetiva analisar a rotulagem dos Alimentos Transgênicos no que tange à efetivação do direito à informação do consumidor, a partir da regulamentação legal existente no Brasil, no fito de salvaguardar o direito humano à alimentação adequada, objetivo nº 12 da Agenda 2030 da ONU.
